Greetings everyone!
I hope that the past week has treated you well! It seems that all those fish you caught for me last week were used in a banquette for some hungry ocelots. My stores have completely ran out and I need more! As per the norm, there are a few rules that need to be stated so that everyone has a fair shot at assisting me!
1) No building or destroying in the fishing area.
2) No items other than fishing rods and food (rods may be enchanted with any enchantment!)
3) No interfering with other competitors. You must stay in your fishing 'box' until the competition is over, or you have won.
4) Listen to the host! Be in /ch L and listen to the staff member or player hosting the event. Be kind, courteous and above all else, please don't cheat for yourself or for others. These include but are not limited to: Sharing catches, using fishing mods, bringing pre-caught fish.
No need to sign up or register, just be online and ready to go when the tourney starts!
Times for Sunday's event will be:
9PM BST
4PM EST
3PM CST
1pm PDT
be the first to catch 64 raw fish before ItsLawrence can catch 64 salmon and you could win these prizes!
Prizes:
First Place - 25,000 nbz!
Second Place - 10,000 nbz!
Third Place - 5,000 nbz
Additional prizes for 'treasure' items may be awarded, please look for special Chest Shops set up along the docks to sell your additional treasure items you catch.

A BIG CONGRATS TO OUR WINNERS!:
1st: craftymatt13OH - won Diamond Block, Diamond Horse Armor, 25000 nbz
2nd: brony1994 - won Gold block, Gold horse armor, 10000 nbz
3rd: Halcyon13 - won Iron block, Iron Horse armor, 5000 nbz
All players were able to sell their catches for nbz and received a commemorative fishing trophy for July!

Yeaaaah, another fishing tourney. Need to ask if you can bring a couple of items with you. Can you bring extra set of armor after fishing up several tnt's and can you bring some milk to drink after the fish have decided they have had enough of this and send up poison? Just wondering. I will be there again. The last one was a blast. I cannot wait for Sunday at 2 pm central. See everyone there.

The only things that can be brought are what is listed in the rules. Equipped armor is fine, but you may only have a fishing rod and some food in your inventory.

When will there be an event that isn't fishing? Don't mean to sound rude :)

The fishing tournament is not like the other server events. Unlike the special server events which are organized by the admins, the fishing tournament seems to be Duelcon's own little private project.

OMG. It was actually changed to say "ItsLawrence can catch 64 salmon" haha.
