Title: Adding one more section to the forum: Suggestion and feedback

Well we could add a section for different members to communicate all talk about their ideas (as long as they don't abuse it). This could provide a better chance for people to express their ideas

There is already a Suggestion area and a section for New players to talk about themselves.
