Hiya! This is a really random post but I did an experiment and I thought I'd share my results.

Looking up from the bottom
So I found this area in the wild world with clay mountains. I love digging clay for that popping sound so I got a plot and decided to do an experiment. I would dig up the entire chunk and collect all the resources to see what I got. This chunk was strange because the only materials in it were clay and bedrock.
The chunk's height was about 161. I used a Fortune 3 pick SHOVEL , so I may have gotten a bit of a bonus, but the total number of clay blobs harvested was
105,088
That would be 26,272 clay blocks.

I also got some bonuses thanks to the excavation MCMMO thing, which resulted in:
- 2,381 slimeballs
- 484 strings
- 492 cobwebs
- 49 pails
- 4 cakes
- 8 clocks
- 4 diamonds
-4 nametags
I think it'd be interesting to see how much other chunks produce! :D

You got excavation drops from a fortune 3 pick?

Oops! I meant fortune 3 shovel haha. :x I'll fix that

Oh neat! I love digging up clay and drown frequently while trying to dig it up! I didn't know you could find it on dry land! Now I'll have to search the wild!

I have a 3x3 (maybe bigger), probably in the same area. My excavation has gone up like crazy. I love digging up clay. And the slimballs, so many slime balls. I love it.
