Hi so are EXP farms allowed?

If yes:
That's awesome. Since they are allowed could i use someone's for free preferably but if there is a cost ill pay (Nohting too expensive and preferably with mining items iron,etc.)

If no:
Ok then ill stop bothering about it.

I'm pretty sure your allowed :3, I don't see a reason they wont be, except from it's not playing properly in a way.
