Title: Ingame friends list

So I have seen on peoples residents profile that they have ingame friends and what not. What is this feature apart from having an ingame friend? does it allow you to /tpa to them with out them accepting?

I'm noob to this thing :/ sorry lol

the friends can build/use items/ destroy on your plot in the town so you can live together with them on your plot

and /tpa without them accepting is making a party and use /ptp
