Title: Lost my town

I lost my town because I wasn't active for a while and I was wondering if I could get it back please. It's Emeraldtown - no one has heard of it. And i degraded to 1.3.2!

Towns don't usually get refunded because it's owner's and the TA's responsibility to keep it alive.
