Title: Mine, grow, and butcher

Hi, everybody! It's me again. I already have a large garden, and have ways to get animals to butcher, and have a few questions. Feel free to post even to answer just one.  3:)

First off, is there an efficient way to mine, a way better than all others?
Secondly, is there any other good way to make money? Mine, Harvest crop, butcher animals... You continue the list. All suggestions welcome  :)

I sell all my dirt and once MCMMO is reintroduced to the server you will be able to use super breaker which will break blocks instantly for a certain amount of time.
