From Monday Night to Thursday Evening i lost around 20 of my residents, if any of you guys see this pliz tell me the reason

Well im still a resident as u can see...
I dont think they just left either... but there were a lot of new towns added recently maybe some wantet to live with their friends ... well i dont know but i didnt realised we lost 20 residents O.o
