I'm curious how do change your picture with the Minecraft head? You see how mine is the Black and White Steve. How can i change that?

If you have a custom skin set for your Minecraft account then the face from that skin will automatically become your avatar on the site within a few hours.

But keep in mind that it's only the one head layer that shows, the outer head layer doesn't get shown, so if your picture looks strange then that's why.
