Title: Notice to Piratescove Residents

Residents of Piratescove,

Please respect your fellow neighbors to the west and north of you.  There have been over 10 grief reports reported in the past 7 days involving griefers from your town.  You are not only causing a hassle for the noobscraft people building these houses/buildings/creations...but you are ALSO causing hassle for the moderators that need to take time away to fix these griefs from your fellow residents.  If you are a member of Piratescove please respect the server rules and the members of the noobscraft community.  Please keep in mind griefing is NOT tolerated on this server and it is a serious offense.  If something is not yours, do not grief it.

Should it matter if it's active? No one should be messing with anything someone else built, official or unofficial.
