Probably a little premature to be applying, but i thought i'd throw the idea out here. You may have noticed me being a little helpful towards guests. I'd relish the opportunity to help the server out, to make guests feel welcome and ease them into the experience the server has to offer, aswell as helping members of the server who are more experienced. Why you want this role: I find that sometimes other moderators or admin are not online when people are acting up and i really do not like to see people mess around and ruin the server for others. In addition some players have gotten angry because some mods are not always on, so be able to trust more people as mods would satisfy those players that are angry by the lack of mods.   
Past experience: I've been wondering weather to become a moderator or own a town and i decided that making a town will lead to more troubles then helping within one.

Why you want this role: I want this role because I want to help, and not keep hearing I got "greifed" it makes me sad and i know i cant stop greifing. But, its nice to know that your the one who helped the person that greifed, I want to protect the server along with the other ops and moderators.

Why you want this role:   To help new players and grief victims alike in a responsible way that doesn't abuse the power bestowed upon me. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you necessarily should.
Past experience:   Oh man, where to start...
- GM of the most successful WoW guild on my server.
- Admin for a private RO server.
- Admin/Moderator for 2 or 3 different message boards (one for he WoW guild, one for the RO server)
- I have written new player guides for a few different games that got taken down because we closed the forums. Particularly WoW and RO.
- Lastly, I was co-owner of a relatively small RO server that sprouted up after the old one closed down.

Additional information:   I am usually kind and fair as well as generous unless you catch me in a bad mood. But in those situations I have learned to hold my tongue or else explain what is wrong calmly and rationally. funfact: I feel old because everyone who plays minecraft is under 18 (well most are anyways). I also am an amazing builder/concept designer for any build projects that people are working on. I will do up some kind of a portfolio for this in due time.

Why you want this role:   I'm on at a time when other Mods and Admins generally aren't (9pm-2am PST), I'm responsible and sensible.
Past experience:   The only related experience would be I was admin for years on another game's forum, and held a high rank ingame. Memberships fluctuated from 20 to over 100 players.

Why you want this role: to be of more help to the community, i see alot of people needing help from mods, ops and admins, but there isn't that many on when i am. i am very resourceful and alot of people would be able to get their questions answered.
Also to fill the Time Gap between the American mods and the UK mods

Additional information: I take being a mod/op a very serious matter, i don't screw around with power, i do not use it for my own wants, i use my power to help others, but not against the rules. i am someone who is always asking others if they need help, i go out of my own way to help others where, when and how they need it. If players are griefed i do my best to help them recover, i give up my own items for the joys of others. I will always make sure that people who ask for help are helped. People who i help are pleased with the help i give, the only people who are not pleased with my help are those whose help is out of what i can do, such as iconomy, itowny and being made members. I make people happy and very well warmed when the join the server, i always great someone unless i am not available. i do not abuse people, when i am abused by people i defend myself, i report them, i try my best to keep my cool, i do. I respect everyone with the same level of respect, no-one gets any special treatment, i give haters hardly anything to bite back at me with except for a warning and then reporting them if needed. I am always wanting to help people when i am online.
And since this is something we're suposed to be honest on, i do have some flaws, i am a gaming addict, i ussually like things to go my way, i am nasty when i get angry, i am always a person with good intentions, but a horrible sence of humor ( i am told... i find thingys funny that others find horrible and disgusting.). people need to see past the flaws and see the best in eachother. (dunno, just felt like putting that in there lol)

Why you want this role: Because I think I would help the community grow even more than it already are. From the first sight of the Server it looked amazing and I don't want anything else than be a part of the Staff who keeps it just as fantastic as it is. I would also be able to assist Players more than most Moderators, since I always put the Player before my own needs. Love answearing questions, help people and make them happy if I solve a problem they have. I would also love to be a part of the Economy, not with spawned items but with my own items, and be able to bring it up even more! Since I have alot of experience, I know how hard it is to keep a Server running, and as a Owner you have alot to do with plug-ins and bills needs to be paid etc. You must have Moderators to keep track of the Server while you can't. I'm the Person you can trust at all times, always makes good chooses and keep a high professional level when I'm on duty. I hope I can be given a chance as a Moderator, I won't disappoint you!
Past experience: To much to be said here. I've run my own BIG Server, with various of plug-ins and a fairly large Player base, very simular to your Server. I've been working with bukkit and plug-ins for over a year now and is very familiar with everything in between. I could give you a hand if you anytime need any help with your plug-ins or just looking for tips on how to set em up. Been Admin on 2 other fairly large Servers as well, and Moderator on 3.

I'm very succesful at school and aim very high to become something big. I'm working on my own Server sometimes, but that's just when I feel for it now days. I pretty much got bored, and wasen't getting any help from my Admins or Moderators. It's hard to keep up a Server without them

Why you want this role: I really want to be able to have a important role and it think this will be a good way to learn self control over what i do.
Past experience:  I have contributed alot to my friends town (lewiswj) and that shows that i can stick to sonmething and not quit when things get rough because it does in a town sometimes mabye not all but sometimes like i had to move someone's house twice to get it perfectly in the plot but i didnt quit once.
