um.. hello? my reply keeps being deleted? wtf is going on?

All im asking is if ops are allowed to own towns or not...

Only certain OPs have exceptions. Geo I think is the only one due to having a town since V1, way before he became an OP.

Yes you are correct in asking. Geo is the only exception that I know of.
