Title: stuck..

Im stuck at a place in the server, and I can't move at all, it wont let me open the pause or chat for more than a second and the only way i can get off Minecraft is using sticky keys to get to the home page and close it. What can I do/anyone do?

If you are online, and this isn't resolved yet, I can tp you to spawn to get unstuck if you would like.
