I dont know where to put this, and I do not even know whats happening, Maybe I missed it. Where is the donate area. how is it possible to go from VIP to VIP+ I truly think that if you are not able to get VIP+ then at lease make it so the VIP'S have VIP+ status. I know that is seem unfair to the VIP+ people, but the VIP people have no way of upgrading to it... can someone please let us know whats going on...

Larry closed the donation shop since he now can run the server from his own pocket. That means no more VIP -> VIP+ upgrades, or anyone becoming a VIP in the first place.

So basically put, if you are a VIP you can never become a VIP+ ? ahh ok. seems a rash to just get rid of it all. but oh well. life goes on

As Adam suggested the previous donation options aren't available anymore. When Foob stepped down late last year I decided I'd take the donation options down for the now. This is for several reasons which I've outlined a few times in other posts but I'll do so again here:
- I can currently afford to pay for the server costs out of my own pocket, it's a project I do for fun; I'm not in it to make money so it's not a big issue spending a bit each month to run things.
- A few years ago Mojang decided they'd suddenly change the rules in terms of what monetisation is allowed (https://mojang.com/2014/06/lets-talk-server-monetisation/). Until Foob left last year he hadn't adjusted any of the items he was selling in relation to that change. I obviously don't want to break their rules, so until a suitable compromise is worked out I'll try not to sell anything which might be a breach of their rules.
- Due to the way taxes work in the UK any money given to the running of Noobstown through a store of some kind would be classed as a personal income for me. As I currently have a job unrelated to my role at Noobstown, I would have to pay taxes on that money taking into account all of the work I do elsewhere, etc. until recently this would have been quite a hassle because of the way that personal income taxes are declared here. When Foob stepped down earlier last year I decided it wasn't worth that hassle at the time.
On a positive note though; over the Christmas break I actually worked on steps towards bringing back a store though. There will be several changes both to pricing and what is available, but hopefully sometime in the future you'll be able to pay for things again. There will be an update post obviously explaining the new store once it's ready, but for now as Adam has suggested it's not possible.

ok, i get the money part, what about doing nbz for vip upgrade ingame. Like 1.5 million nbz for vip, and 3mil nbz for vip+, also do this for spawners and such. Like the /shop to sell things, do a /donate type thingy where you use ingame money for things to buy

There are a few reasons why this isn't happening or planned:
- It is my plan to allow certain VIP features to be purchased in a paid store (similar to the old Donations) if we introduce one again in the future.
- I don't want to horribly reduce the value of such things for those who have already paid their hard earned money for it. In-game money is effectively endless and I don't want people who have paid out of their own pocket to feel like they've been had because they can now obtain the same thing without paying.
- As Foob used to sell that for real money I didn't want to cause any confusion for Mojang in terms of what is and isn't obtainable through payment. Sadly Mojang aren't entirely open about what is and isn't allowed for sale; I previously contacted them about whether we could now sell the same things in-game and wasn't given a useful response, this made me feel uncomfortable about whether or not we would be following their guidelines.
I understand you might want to purchase it or upgrade but it's just not an option right now. I am planning to bring back a store as I suggested but again it won't be completely the same as the old one as that's just not allowed anymore. It's just taking me time to sort things out completely.
