Title: What is YOUR noobstown story?
Post by: fish_james on 17 Aug 2012, 03:26:23
This is a post to try to share your in game story and adventure with the rest of the people.

For example, start out with saying something like what your first town was, or if you went out and built in the wild, if you had trouble building then met someone to help you, joined a town and became assistant, then started your own town.  Whatever it might be, I would love to hear it:)

BE CREATIVE AND MAKE IT INTERESTING (I would like to get to know some of what everybody has been through on the server).

The ONLY thing I ask besides that is to try to respect other players, or I will lock this topic (we do not want sensitive subjects coming up).

Well, I first started off at the beginning of this version, where I was greeted into the town of Mapleforge, but left about 10seconds after realizing how much plots costed. I then got invited to live in a ravine with a few other people, (emperormyrf, junnicarpenter) where I ended up making a huge tunnel with a mine at the end, leading to a mob spawner. When Emp first made Empire, I joined the town, and became an assistant to help build the town.

After about a month of being in the town, I decided to take a long break, where it brings me to where I am today.

Wow really? I had no idea you helped start the town Empire, and you came back now!

Keep going, this is interesting, but I will tell you my story.

I came onto this server around August.  When I first started, I went out into the wilderness, knowing nothing about towns or nations, as I had never played on a server aside from my own (just one with like 2 friends).  Then, I was invited to the town Winterhold. I loved winterhold and was a proud member of it.  After only a week, I became a TA in the town and had quickly learned about towny.

I started my own farming business on my 2x2 plot, which is where I met leafstorm732, he was one of my best workers.  I am very good with that kind of thing, which is how I made the money for the town.

Not too soon after, I had some problems with the Winterhold Staff, so I left to go build my own town, like I eventually wanted to.  (i am leaving out details so I don't start trouble)  Mitch182 and Leafstorm732 founded Oakvale with me, and has been with me from the start. Aside from them, Trader_jorvin has been in my town since the beginning, and has recently became a TA.  Now Oakvale has around 450k in the town bank, around a 100 residents, 3 outposts, and a great community!

More stories please :)

Try to not focus on the negative, what is your STORY.  Go into more detail, like how you decided to join Empire and stuff.  People love reading that kind of stuff, and you have been here for a while, so I'd like to hear more detail, if you do not mind doing so. :)

My story's pretty simple. I joined in March after hearing Tidal talking about the server for a week-two. Right away we went into the mining world and she gave me some supplies to start me off and introduced me into MCMMO, where I decided that I would start digging up as much dirt as I could because excavation was easier to level up and it would eventually yield me diamonds, and stone was taking too long to break.

After a few hours of that Tidal was able to get me into DragonFire which her bf ran at the time. I was able to get two plots for myself by each other and was quite content with it, I had quite a lot of mishaps around the town having to do with getting myself lost a lot and not knowing where anything was, but eventually I mastered my surroundings. DragonSoulSong (The mayor then) made me a TA because he knew me in real life as much as he knew Tidal.

At first the town was pretty simple, nothing much to it, most people were inactive and it was incredibly small. I didn't like that, so I was immediately working on getting people into the town, creating new plots for the town, etc. Dragon was inactive a lot doing other things on various things, so mostly it was me doing all the plot-digging, shuffling people around, and showing them where to go to get what they needed. Tidal wasn't all that good with making plots, so sometimes she'd help where I'd outline a plot and she'd help me dig it, but not much else than that.

Eventually while I was digging AlbatrosV5 asked to look at the town because he was tired of living in the wilderness and he wanted to pick a good town to live in, for what I think was a full day he would just wander around the town while Tidal and I were working on plots. By the end of his wandering he decided that he'd wanted to join, so we moved him into the town and into some plots that he wanted and I thought that would be it, simply another resident into the town.

After some time I realized that was not the case at all, in fact he was far more helpful than I ever expected from a random person. He quickly wanted to help with things that I was working on for the town, offering suggestions, helping as he could, most things that normal people don't actually do. We wanted to make him TA but he'd refused at first. But after some time I managed to weedle him into joining the crew of DragonFire TA, and I'd gained an even better helper than I thought.

Mostly boring everyday stuff after that, Tidal was finally able to keep her promise to me about donating for me to get me VIP (My parents would never let me use my bank for it) and I bought her dinner, and I spent a few days as VIP. Then I woke up to get on and found I had a message from Foob asking if I wanted to become a moderator. I accepted of course, and was welcomed into the staff.

More boring everyday things, working to get the town as big as I could and helping out around the nation as I needed, gathering towns with Dragon when he was on. Then after a month of Dragon being inactive I asked him on something else if I could be mayor of the town and nation, and he decided it was better off for that, so he switched us out.

In the end this all leads to where I am now, with the town the richest currently and the nation as well. We may not have the most residents, but I don't feel that's really necessary. Mostly nowadays I just collect up items, farm, mine, simple things like that while helping coordinate the town with my TAs, who recently were added: AQW_Assassian01, Esp1222, and DiggyPerro. Hopefully I'll be able to get a better story later on. :P

I was a bit of a noob when I joined this server lol, I must admit. I have been playing this game for quite a while on single player but I never thought of playing on MP minecraft. I thought I knew it all when I was playing on single player but when I joined MP... Oh boy I was wrong lol! The servers I joined with all these amazing buildings, nothing like I ever built.

After a few months of joining servers and meeting people, I came across Noobstown, this server caught my eye because I loved the name for starters and that I was a bit of a noob myself lol! So this is how my Noostown adventure began..

As I left Spawn(Noobstown) I just went straight ahead and I just kept going until I hit water, that's what I used to do on single player because I enjoyed being next to the water. When I got fairly close to water I started to make my house, it started off as a wooden house and grew into an amazing cobble house/tree farm. I also made a mine next to it as well.

I thought I was amazing because I knew how to branch mine, I never thought anyone could do it except me, So I created a little branch mine next to my house but I came across a lot of problems along the way. It turned out the area I was mining was completely ransacked by other players, it didn't matter how high or deep you were, everything was gone. Every two blocks you mined there was a new tunnel that another player already mined, it was soo frustrating! I never had this kind of frustration before because I was soo comfortable with single player and the freedom you have with it all to yourself. After my few mining trips that I had, getting a fair amount of iron, gold, coal and diamond(not that much diamond lol) I decided to do some adjustments to my cobble home.

I decided to make a harbor from my house going all the way to the sea so I could fish and hopefully take a boat ride to the unknown, when I finished the harbor and done some more cobble work on my house I wanted to go fishing, but like 10 minuets into the fishing I actually decided to stop playing on the server and went back to single player.

This single player faze lasted probably about 3 weeks, I will not bore you of what I done on singe player as this is about noobstown :D.

After my 3 week vacation from noobstown I was at the very same place that I was fishing, I placed my rod in the chest at the dock and walked home. As my home came into site my jaw dropped with terror, My home was greifed to ribbons! Everything was destroyed, my cobble roof, cobble walls and cobble floor, I was soo sad. After a few days of reconstructing my home I found that there were some chests that I couldn't open in my living room, this was really annoying because I didn't want them there. I called for help and I called for help again but when id just about given up hope a moderator came along going by the name of, "ye olde esp" and he got rid of the chests for me. That was around about the time that I learnt about the "towny" pluggin.

As I spoke to some people and learnt more about this towny pluggin and I found out that you could join a town, I was really excited about this because what understood from the other players is that you can't get greifed in towns, I was excited about this because I couldn't go through that again what happened to my cobble house. I done what a moderator going by the name of "EmperorMyrf" told me to do, ask around! I done that and eventually I got accepted into a town called "Forthwind". This town is owned by ajhle49, ajhle is one of the best people I have ever met on this server and and I was very happy to be a part of his town.

A few weeks into Forthwind, I have build another cobble house, im feeling pretty good with how things are going. I decided to have a look at the other towns, spawning town after town, after town I came across a town that I liked, only because of the amount of residents it had, this town was called, "Flinwood". The owner of Flinwood is a member called, "Miner_Man123456". After a little tour around  flinwood I decided to pack my bags and move there, a TA called, "Meep" kindly showed me to my plot.

After I settled into flinwood I started to look at the towny pluggin a bit more, I thought to myself, "you know, if these guys can make a town, why can't I?". I checked out towny prices, the cost for a town when I joined was 300,000noobs, I thought to myself, "how am I gunna get that amount of noobs!?", that's when I discovered the donation system :D!

As soon as I found out that I could make a town from donating I donated before you could say Flinwood! Got the money with my points and went on a trip. It took me quite a long time to find my spot but after a few dirt and cobble houses I found it!

My town was created! It was called, "buckfast Abby" at first but after I made my nation(Scotland) I decided to change it to, "Glasgow". I love my town and nation plus all the towns that are a part of it, I also love my nation allies as well. Glasgow has turned from nothing to wonderful land where everyone is together and social with one another. It's all I want for this server, I want everyone to be together and be friends.

I hope you enjoyed my story lol, thanks!

I will modify this post as time goes by on noobstown, adding new things that have happened.

Oh! quick note, my cobble house is still there! Beth_beth re-built it for me when she found it lol, just go straight ahead when you leave spawn, its near sand and a bunch of old shop chests floating in the air! I hope you go and check it out, it would make the story much more interesting to you!

Thank you so much, I have loved reading your stories so far. :)

I had no idea about any of this, so it is nice to get another perspective on peoples' stories as they learn on this server, and the amount that some more experienced players on the server have an impact on other, new players.  Keep them coming!

Well I started out on the server new to multiplayer, but had been playing Minecraft since back in the old 1.5 days. Noobstown was the fist MP server I decided to try out after looking around on PlanetMinecraft a good bit, and I've been here ever since. That was back in March.

I got got started when I bumped into Beastified in Noobstown proper, he helped me out, and let me move in with him. I built my first tower out at his old site in the wilderness near Noobstown, and the remnants of it are still floating there, lol

It was in the high grief area though, and kept getting hit, so I wandered out into the wilds for a good bit, until I found the location for my current Tower and mountain complex. I worked on it, and kept to myself for the most part, until I started talking to Fish one day. He showed me Oakvale, and invited me to join the town.

I was kinda apprehensive at first, since I love building BIG, and the 4 plot limit had always been the reason I avoided joining a town, but I decided to give it a try. I built the Oakvale Creeper as a small town-home, and somehow got promoted to Head Builder/TA in town.

I love it there, they let me build massive things to my hearts content, and we have a few projects biting at the bit, so I'm having a blast. That's my story on here so far.

As is often the case with my Minecraft adventures, a previous server I had played on for months underwent some changes, notably the removal of factions PvP, to which I was hopelessly addicted.

I thus searched for new servers - and just couldn't seem to find a PvP server that was comparable to the one I'd played on prior. So I decided to give economy servers a go, and I sought a well-managed but still somewhat tight-knit Towny server. And I stumbled upon Noobstown.

As I always do when joining a new server, I ran quite a huge distance away from spawn in search of land to settle. I found a pleasant little lagoon surrounded on one side by forest and the other by mountains, and set to work raising the money I needed to start a town. It was $300k Noobz back in those days, which was a monumental task for a complete Noobstown noob. After I analyzed methods of acquiring capital, I came to the conclusion that wheat harvesting was the most efficient option, and I built a massive wheat platform (that still exists to this day) out in the middle of the lagoon.

I soon realized that selling wheat for $2 with the aim of reaching $300,000 wasn't as easy as planned. I recruited my friend and fraternity brother tmccarvel to assist with the monumental undertaking. He assisted, and we hit the grind for about two weeks before we had adequate funds to finance the beginnings of our empire.

We then went exploring for suitable town locations, and decided to be novel by building a town entirely at sea. We found the largest body of water adjacent to the map border, and founded the town of Seaside. Our mission? To build a town with jaw-droppingly massive buildings and a reputation for quality over quantity.

Our first major project was the creation of a massive farm building for the town. Tmccarvel and I (but mostly tmccarvel) slaved over the tower's construction, continuing to raze fields upon fields of wheat to then spend money at Myrf's stone brick store. The amount of material in that tower alone brought tmccarvel and I both onto the "most blocks placed" leaderboard for Noobstown.

From then on, we've played a little less, but we've continued to build in Seaside - and we're proud to say we're the only city-state on the server, as we bought our nationhood with all the profits we raked in from our farm building back in the days when you could sell pumpkins/melons to the server shop.

I know I'll keep playing - though my time commitment varies, Noobstown is definitely the best Minecraft server I've played on. Keep up the good work everyone, you're all awesome and I'm quite glad to be part of such an excellent community.

I joined the server back in 2011, I had been playing multi-player more then single-player so I was used to all the basics but one thing that I was not used to was the registration, it was a new thing to me as I had only played on smaller servers that did not need that kind of security.

When I was done and finally became a member after about 5mins I started to walk around the old spawn that is now switched out, I soon found out that the server had a pretty good community so I thought to myself that I should log on the next day when more mayors of towns were hopefully on to get invited in to a town.

The next day I searched around different towns and one I really liked was Netherfrost, the mayor and now moderator on the server licksterboy invited me in to the town and helped me out get a plot, when I was all set up I started making my home, I soon started helping around town to try earn the title of TA, after about 3weeks in town I earned myself the title of TA.

I never learned the towny TA commands and that ended with me not really knowing how to set up plots and claim land so I stuck to the helping people out part, after being TA in Netherfrost for a good amount of time I created Flintwood!

Flintwood was built up by myself and others that I stole from Netherfrost that wanted to follow me, we had around 35 residents in just about 3 weeks which was A LOT on that time and as most of you know just kept going up, and we are now one of the longest surviving towns I believe which is pretty awesome :) we were the most popular town by resident number and money in bank for weeks in till I started with other games then Minecraft so I was very inactive, this caused us to lose around 50 resident and money from tax.

And then we got today, I soon dropped thinking about the resident number and money in the bank and we went down on the resident list as well, But as I most likely got the most awesome TA's a guy can want the town is now I believe the town with the most resident's again.

That is really all I have to say for now :p Will update if needed :)

I joined towards the middle of V1.(About MC beta 1.2 or 1.3) I orginally joined the server to be a "noob" and grief. I then saw the lovely staff and friendly people of the server and the griefer inside of me ran away. I have loved and stayed with this server ever since. I remember I was having chat troubles and Fatnoob came and helped me figure it out. :3 It was fun having the owner sitting in my house helping me with something as simple as herochat. :P I love you guys! THE END. True story.

I had joined, I believe somewhere in April of this year, 2012. I had joined and started out digging dirt holes and living in them, haha. I eventually moved up by talking to the server's people via helping and other things. I received a lot of my help from the almighty Myrf. Myrf had helped in in the VERY beginning of my time staying in Noobscraft. In the beginning I was a very devious individual, griefing houses and x-raying. Through all the bad moments and good moments, I had finally ironed out my deviousness, and cheaterness in me. I had told on myself to Foob for my mistake of X-Raying, and I was let off with a mere warning. I vowed to never break a single rule again, on the server. I haven't since then, broken a rule. Afterwards, I had moved onto a desert biome, where I attempted my first unofficial town. Along with my friend/s Jamesclements, and EAC777; the power struggle continued and fights were fought and many bad things happened. That did not work out so well. Everything went downhill due to everyone's bickering about who lives where and what the city hall should look like and so forth. It was a massive fight for power. I was, eventually, granted the power and I forfeited it because of my tiredness of the desert.

I moved onto a mountain biome where, eventually, I joined my first town. I had joined CloudSong. Cloudsong's mayor, Sophixtia, was a wonderful person at first. He worked and worked for the town, as far as I knew. He and I went mining together and all sorts of fun activities. Eventually, more and more people joined the town. In the beginning of CloudSong, for being Sophixtia's friend, I was granted the title-ship of TA. I had never been a TA before and didn't know anything about it's meaningfulness or anything. I had went along for about a month with the town, I decided to make my first shop, it went good at first, then I started getting lazy and neglecting it :/ :P. I, then, later, found out the commands and such. It was fun working alongside other TA's and such. In the end, I found that several TA's of CloudSong and the mayor himself, were actually bugg.ers. They had bugged several stacks of diamond and all sorts of precious items. That was know, to me, as the CloudSong incident. I was not involved with any of the scandalous acts or any breaking of the rules. TwistedLover, out of all of the people, was the nicest to me on the server. At the time, I thought she REALLY deserved her place as moderator. Her maturity, and politeness, exceeds that of other moderators, in no offense, of course. She has helped me with several things, and I am indebted to her, as well.

After moving away from Cloudsong, I had went to gaining money for my own town. It was hard work, gaining it all from scratch from harvesting wheat, and such. After it all went down it all paid off, I bought my town and everything was good! I had started expanding underground and more and more people had started coming. It was a very eventful time. Happy, those times were. Unfortunately, shortly after I had made my town, I had to move houses. After the mention of moving houses, I had very limited access to the computer and could hardly EVER get on. I got on every once in a while to check around on things and see the well-being of the town. I hadn't lost interest in the town, if anything not being on, made me want to be on more and more. Luckily I had a trustworthy TA that could get on much more than I. Nebih is an indebted friend and I couldn't have asked for a better TA. He is, by far, the best worker and one of the most trustworthy people on the server. After he went on to buy his own town, I had realized I had no more active TA's. Since my long absence of moving, my TA's had become inactive! This was a terrible scary moment, and I had dreaded the day I had to say the words that, "I'm selling my town.". It kills me to say it, but I have to because I do NOT want to see such a town go to waste. The town has GREAT potential to it, it really does. But, what comes up.... must be passed on to a better owner that is online more hehe :P

After my leave of the mountains, with it's fond memories, I had decided to live in the icy plains. I live in a dirt hole now, even with my riches, I still love the simplicity of living like a hobo, haha. ^_^ I plan on selling my town, and building my money. I was eventually thinking of joining, maybe, Dragonfire, or living solo. I will try my best to stay online for the server and I won't leave this server. This is the best server in my opinion. It has absolute wonderful staff, and wonderful mods. This is the greatest server I've ever been too, and I am glad to share my good, and bad time story. :) Thank you :D

So, I started playing Minecraft with version .1.4. It was extremely addicting, but at that time I stuck entirely to single player due to no wanting to try out multiplayer. I had to take a break from Minecraft for a while, and when I came back after 1.0 was released, servers were easy to access. My friend was playing on a server and I tested the water with that place and I liked it, except I couldn't remember which server it was. I got on the Googlez and found Noobstown somewhere listed with a ton of other servers. It caught my attention that it was all about towns. In single player, I had a tendency to seek out villages and build them up, so I was definitely interested.

I registerd for Noobstown on April 24th, 2012. When I got on, I was a little confused, but tejedakids invited me to his town. I didn't know it then, but it was an unofficial town out in the wilderness. All was good until one day I was shopping for some string and tp'd to someone near some spiders. I got the string, they died, and I somehow picked up their stuff. I was already back at the unofficial town, and he tp'd to me in excitement to retrieve it. He also allowed some people to tp to him, and Myrf came to see all the ruckus too. A TA from Flintwood (can't remember who) said the town was too close to Flintwood and that they were going to claim it. At the time, there were about 8 people living there, and none of them were online but me. I felt threatened and allowed them to claim over the town as an outpost.

When tejedakids came on, he flipped out. No mods were on, but later it was resolved when Flintwood unclaimed the outpost. Tejedakids went off the deep end and griefed the whole little town. I fleed and took a few residents with me to Myrf's town, Empire. It was there that I joined my first real town and built a house that is still there to this day. I love Empire as its a great town. Its a good place to start out. I soon owned three plots and built some creative stuff there.

Not that long into living in Empire, I met iboabdalla, who was a little eccentric in his house buying. He was always moving from plot to plot. It wasn't long before he became a supporter and bought a town. I noticed when it happened and he needed help, so I temporarily joined Heavendawn as a TA to help him get it started. What turned into a temporary circumstance turned into a little longer circumstance as I was a TA for Heavendawn up until about 2 months ago.

The town grew fast and spread like wildfire. I was there for the beginning and iboabdalla trusted me to handle everything in town because I had a strong grasp of how to do so. In real life, I am pursuing a management degree, so managing a town on Noobstown is small fries. I was the main builder in Heavendawn, constructing most of the roads and managing many of the projects that came up. I have leveled so much land that I used to be the number 1 block placer on the server who had the longest online time. That really isn't the case now, but I am still within the top 10 on both of those stats.

I had a short hiatus of very brief moments of logging on when suddenly I received a message from iboabdalla that he had to quit Noobstown due to a very busy life schedule. He told me that he was giving me the town, and at that point, my temporary helping turning into town ownership. I feel bad that I didn't go back to Empire, especially when I could have been there to help when it got unclaimed once due to a money bug that when when taxes were due. I love the work that Mishai and EmperorMyrf have been doing there, and I visit often!

Recently, Heavendawn went through a name change to Tortuga. We are in the process of putting some finishing touches on a few visible projects before we endeavor on to more great projects. Tortuga has three great TAs, XXZEPHARXX, OrbitDzn, and TekStyle4x20, ordered by seniority. I want to mention that jscheesy6 was a recent TA but was perm banned for account sharing. It is something I wish could be forgiven as he was a great person in game. XXZEPHARXX is a lively person who is extremely helpful and creative. I can say that OrbitDzn is very lively too, and loves to build stylish buildings for the town. TekStyle4x20 is very mature, money-savvy, and an excellent all around TA. I don't think the town would be what it is now without all of these people.

What does the future have in stock for me? I plan on keeping my VIP status, and growing Tortuga until it can grow no further. We are currently expanding in 2 different directions and planning on our first outpost somewhere. Only time will tell what is in store for me and Tortuga. I know I missed stuff in this story, but it was getting long.

Lots of names are missing here. Just to go through the list, here are the names of influential people I enjoy playing with, or have enjoyed playing with, on the server:
EmperorMyrf
Mishai
XXZEPHARXX
OrbitDZN
TekStyle4x20
Fizzel_Wicket
TwistedLover

Waterworth
AQW_Assassian100
Faroutdude5 (DON'T LEAVE MEH!)

Noobscraft was the second server I came to, the first, I was kicked for griefing. me? I was such a noob I actually had to WIKI griefing, because I didn't know what I'd done wrong. Thank God I was, or I might not have found the only server I like enough to stick with.

I was still totally new, only had a minecraft account for about two weeks or so when I joined, but I looked around, found out what I could and tried not to annoy people. I went to the mining world and saw, (to my horror) a stony plain, stripped of all resources.
I then noticed that the floating leave wouldn't be floating if they didn't have wood, so went round the entire jungle removing the floating wood.
That was when I noticed I had no space to call my own and decided to find a town to join.

Morningwood.
Birdman showed me round (ignoring my humour) and I fell for the town hook line and sinker. I ought a plot which already had a house on it (so it cost less, because lets face it, I was still poor)
This was when I started my random ventures, my first was when I realised that wood and sand farming then smelting glass gave something like a 3.7 profit per piece of glass compared to selling them individually. I quickly and understandably got bored.
So I decided to dig.
And dig I did, a 16x16 square straight to bedrock.

The mayor saw me slugging away, mining every single day with stone tools (yes, stone.) and we became friends, so when he started building the new spawn for Morningwood, I immediately offered to help, the monotony of digging was starting to make me want to ragequit.
Thankgoodness I didn't.
Because soon after he told me about the anniversary party, and here my imagination exploded.

This was where the first of my wonderful ( :P ) 'Everywhere Games' appeared.
Morningwood Lucky Dip.
Of course it had its kinks and problems, most things do, but people liked it, and I liked that I was the first to think of it.

From there I made my home into a tower of games, the Room of Doom, Spin to Win Slots, and Lucky Dips. I had popular competitions and I remember how proud I was when I hit 30k.

This is how I met Buckie, and eventually he poached me and my games for Buckfast (Now Glasgow) long story short, we built a pub for the sole purpose of holding a pub quiz in, I have four plots of my own, nearly 300k,  and soon we will start building 'The Carnival' (It had better be soon Buckie :P)
I've tried to find another server to share my time with, but to be frank, they just aren't as good.
TBC...

Starting off on Minecraft..

I was a real Newb when I joined the Noobscraft server/site.

I was subscribed to this guy on youtube, who decided to make a few short videos about Minecraft. I had never heard of the game, before, but he made it look like so much fun (plus his commentary was hilarious). Anyways, he only made three videos before saying "nah..not my cup of tea" and returned to vlogging. I did some searching on youtube and found hundreds of LPs for Minecraft, and finally broke down and bought the game.

At the time I worked a part time job from 1pm to 6pm, and Minecraft immediately became my life. I would come home, shower and eat, and jump on the computer till 3 am, and then sleep. I youtubed tutorials, searched on wiki, and played single player for weeks…

---
First Server

I eventually got on Google, and started searching for a server. On Oct 19, 2011 I joined my first server, Noobscraft…

At the time everyone was on a temporary server, waiting for the new Noobstown. I spent a good week or two building this amazing house on the beach, with a lighthouse that took HOURS. I eventually became allies with CrushedTaco, who helped turn my private island into a "town". He helped set up plots, and we began to think of names for the town, and who should be TAs (At the time I had no idea of the responsibilities of a real town….or what TAs were for that matter lol). That night I made a donation for the server…Noobscraft was my family/home and I was going to help it grow.

The next day, the server updated…and I lost everything. LoL

It was like a new game all over again. I swam for days (in reality 20-30 minutes) to the edge of the map.  I never joined a town, and I decided to remake my house, and lighthouse, except bigger and better.

I spent a lot of time on the server, and on the forum and eventually filled out an Moderator Application.  I was 23 with 10hrs a day of free time…and NO experience.

I got the job. Training began immediately, and Thank God for Inneed. I NEVER realized, what it took to be a Moderator. The patience, the time, the knowledge of bucket. I didn't know how to run a town let alone help with griefing, and codes (as I call them). I wasn't the best at it, but I helped where I could. Answered questions on the forum, took care of issues on the server.

I remember when we had to apply for membership, and people were constantly nagging at the Mods to make them members because there was an error with their application. Inneed was my savior… :P

---
I'm still here...

I'm sure you realize by now, there's a downside to this story.  As you can see, I'm no longer a Mod here on this server.  Late February/ Early March, one of my coworkers found out, her cancer was back. It was a very emotional time, because she wasn't only my coworker, but one of my best friends. She eventually made the decision to move back to TN, and I had the option to work full time. Times are hard, and I needed the money. I resigned from the Moderating position in March of 2012…

I now work from 7:30am-6pm…and when I'm not working I'm TIRED. I constantly visit the forum, and read over topics/games/music and I even put up some art from time to time…but the server rarely sees me.

As far as I know, my house is still located on my private island with it's own lighthouse looking over the sea. I sure do miss you guys. Time to get to bed…I have to work in the morning.

P.S. Still wear my Noobscraft shirt. <3

Lol I havn't stalked on the forums for a while decided I could reply to this of anything Lol well my story could of started when the server just started (Tell in a sec) but it didnt.

It was a normal day browsing PMC when I saw this server I didnt pay much attention to it as I do most servers because at the time I played on a great server(forgot it lol) but I was admin on it played it for 3 months straight this is when I first got mc, I knew no commands back then I barely knew the controls (well got banned from it later on for giving away to much stuff lol) then I remembered this server the reason I remembered it because when I was browsing I watched the trailor and it came back to me. So I got on pmc searched the server joined it and started as a newbie. I applied for member and all that but right after I joined since I was new to towny and mcmmo and that(I read spawn signs lol) I asked to join a town danniel (forgot the numbers) added me to his town lived in it for 5 minutes then donated got tons of stuff, met a cool player and me and him went off to make the town (not sure if its still alive) theflat Later he quit and I sold the town.
I was banned some few days after that(forgot why)
couple months later my I was finnally unbanned I finished making my epic house in the wild(Think waterworth has it) many of you saw it though I played a lot climbing up the richest player list people thinking I hacked to get money for first town but somebody named angel(something) donated me 80k and use donor points for rest. But I also sold TheFlat after towns rose to 300k (bought when was 100k) lol I did start X-raying after that Dont really care to admit it plenty of x-ray blockers out there if you dont want people to do something put a block lol.(see what I did there)
Then I later got banned from noobscraft by tidalmewmew I think lol And I dont blame her for banning me still think my ban was unfair but I am far past that.
But as waterworth, Fatnoob, and a few members know I never trully left the server(Only they will understand this and will be meaningless to others lol)

See this proves not all stories end happily -_-

I joined really early April and right away i joined Forthwind run by ajhl49. Me and him pretty much became friends in the first week of me playing. The second week i wound up becoming friends with pretty much all of the TA's that were active.

One day aj said i could go help Dmonemac95 and tyja (2 of my good friends on the server) and i said i couldn't destroy the house cause i didn't have any perms. All of the sudden he promoted me to TA (i was helping build structures, donate and clear land for the town). I thanked him and got to work right away.

I built many amazing structures (in my opinion) for the town that everyone seemed to like. I built the nation a nation castle, i built a town bank, i built a spleef arena, i built a town market that isn't finished yet lol, i built a resident market area (residents can set up little booths), and much much more.

But everything went downhill when 3 rogue TA's destroyed the town. This destroyed around 5 of my builds cause it destroyed all entities (signs, doors, etc.). I slowly bulit it up and finally i fixed almost all of them.

After this i started helping other towns in the nation and once again i told aj i had no perms in other towns to build or anything and he gave me a temporary NA position which i guess he made permanent after a couple weeks.

Once again everything went downhill. My account had been getting hacked. Someone had changed my password (i hadn't shared any password info with anyone) and i have no idea how whoever it was figured out the password or got into my account. I figured out they did it when i couldn't log onto my account and then i checked mcbans and was  banned on a server. After a week and contacting mojang i got my account back. I decided to make a new account (achmedofheaven) so that if this happened again i could have a backup.

Then came the summer where i went to sleepaway camp for 1 month. 2 days after i got back i tried logging onto my account and then i couldn't get on it. It was hacked again so i just gave up trying to login with that account. This is the reason for my absence.

Luckily the backup account allows me to get on the server. I go on to say hi 2-3 times a week. I will be playing much more once i get my items back and everything which has been worked out and now waiting on fatnoob to come on to do the transfer.

Thanks for reading!

Well I've been here since V2, and it's been a different adventure for each version that I've been here for. Noobstown was my second server and final server, and I don't intend to switch to another.

V2:

My home was a cave home. I simply walked until I found a lake (this was back before there were deep ones) and dug straight under it, closing it off behind me. I kept digging until I found a natural cave, and then I carved a room out of it. Maybe a month or so later, that cave turned into a huge complex with no less than 10 people living in it. During this time I had worked hard to get to the top of the McMMO leaderboards (which was really easily done at the time. I was the leader at level 400 something).

It all ended when mastery910 lined the place with TNT and lit it up. The grief was beyond repair, despite Angel_Lord and Waterworth's efforts, so I moved to another cave. It wasn't long after that that the server began its transition to V3.

V3

Right before the transition, I had befriended ozzmancometh. We began construction of an underground (and underwater) town, which became the first iteration of Empire. It didn't really get too much attention but I didn't mind, I just enjoyed mining. In the town is where I met JunniCarpenter, who would help make my town look pretty free of charge. I also managed to get to the top of the leaderboards again, but I was undone at the last minute by Uncom77 before the version ended.

While ozz, Junni and I were building Empire, seshyo (another friend) was building a massive cathedral, which is still the largest player built structure I've seen on noobstown. It was a bummer when it was all undone for V4.

V4:

Ozz had left by now, and me and Junni had become good friends. Both her and seshyo were made moderators sometime during this version. Instead of building under a lake as I had done in both V2, V3, and the temps between, I decided to keep my house above ground. It wasn't long before I went back down underground and made another cave home. This time though instead of making just a house, I made an underground terrarium with a house inside. Eventually me and Junni were able to afford a town (Empire V2), so we just bought the land around my house for ourselves without adding anyone else to the town besides my brother, Samoht42Swift, and my girlfriend, dandyhandy. I used the town to protect all my neat redstone machines and Junni used it as a base for her wool business, which turned out to be very lucrative. This continued until the end of the version, and by the end Junni resigned as a mod and seshyo was de-opped due to an account breach. By the end, I was on the top of the McMMO leaderboards again.

V5:

After a somewhat long temp-server period, V5 happened. A few days before it went live, I donated and got the Veteran rank. Once we were all let loose to ravage the land, I searched for the largest ocean biome I could find and dug straight down as I had done in V2. This time though I hit a ravine, and I carved my home out of that. Soon after I started carving Junni joined me and added a bit of her flair to the cave. Jackmcclare had made his home somewhat near me on the surface and became my neighbor, and AQW had also moved into the ravine. We eventually scrounged up enough money to make a town and made the current Empire far away from the ravine. After a fair amount of sprawling and growth, it became the largest town on the server, over 100 residents at the time. The admins apparently enjoyed the politics of my town, since they decided to ask me to be a moderator. I gave my town to dandy once I was opped, since Junni was unable to play as often as she used to due to irl events.

Some may remember, but I built a large shop that bought and sold nearly all raw material items and it gained a ton of popularity. However, it was a very large financial drain. Until the shop died, I had lost about 600k with almost nothing to show for it. It died when my town was lost due to an iconomy bug, since when a town dies it loses all of its wall hanging things (like signs for chestshops). The town came back, but is very stagnant with no growth in the near future.

My McMMO reign was brought to an end thanks to TwistedLover, who has surpassed me in almost every category. I had a solid lead, but apathy combined with being busy due to moderating put me under.

TL;DR I like to live in caves.

I joined noobstown in V3 and i was a bit of a noob to start off not knowing about towns or economy, i left the spawn and headed left until i found a grassy hill next to a beach town, i built a cobblestone and log house and made a hidden mineshaft on the beach next to my house where i started a branch mine, i didn't get any diamonds from it but i did get a lot of other stuff, then the town was set alight by griefers and my house was robbed so i decided to move past the town and settled on a peacefull beach a few chunks from the town.

I built a wooden two section cactus farm and attached a wooden house to the side of it, so when i came inside there was a large pile of cacti waiting for me! I stayed there quite a bit and traded with ajhl who still lived in the town that got burnt, the town was griefed again and i restored aj's diner.

After spending time in the mob arena i started spelunking with cartodd98 and another friend who i forgot the name of, i crafted my first ever diamond block!

Cartodd98 bought large amounts of cacti off me and then invited me to join forthwind, i joined after reconstructing the 2 block cobblestone generator next to my house for the town mayor killerpie1, i moved my belongings to a plot in the town where i built a 2 floor cobblestone house with a log frame, i then stored my belongings in the basement of my house.

I helped the town expand and i mined for minerals in the town's strip mine located in a gravel pit near the town, i helped repair griefs and became friends with town members such as ajhl49, killerpi1, cartodd98 and kylelee96.

The town was then flooded and the map was switched to v4 where we half built a giant glass dome over forthwind but then a temporary map was put in  while v5 was built, there i sailed 6000 blocks north and built my house at the top of a mountain in an extreme hills biome, my house was made of stone bricks and my house was connected to the hill that had a smoother slope to it by a wooden truss bridge so i could get down to the mine that was located in a cave and had a abandoned mineshaft in it.

Ajhl49, killerpie1 and cartodd98 then asked to teleport to me and the extreme hills biome where i lived turned into a village named Spirelands.

We made giant bridges between the mountain peaks and valleys, the largest one was 111 blocks tall from the water level of the river to the walkway and spanned 48 blocks which connected killerpie1's mounatin to the bridge that connected mine and ajhl49's mountains.

Then the map was switched to V5 where i joined forthwind yet again and built my house next to killerpie1 and grandreaper's houses, i built forthwind spire and helped out around the town.

Then killerpie1 and grandreaper770 decided to destroy the town, i joined the server soon after the attack had begun to find my house was pitch black, i walked outside to find all the torches were gone and the town was unclaimed. i walked around a bit and then left the server after hearing the town had gone bankrupt.

Then i joined the next day to find i was banned for being connected to the forthwind attack, i went to the forum and was informed by fatnoob that because i was friends with killerpie1 and grandreaper770 it was too risky to have me back in the server and that killerpie1 and grandreaper770 had stole all the town money and unclaimed everything.

I hope i will someday be able to explain my innocense to fatnoob and return to the server that i was part of for soo long and have not yet found a replacement for.

I bought the game on may 12th 2011.
Played a lot of single player until I decided to start playing online.
Googled noobs and minecraft and it came up with this server, it was nice, so I joined in.

At first I built a small house and started experimenting with smelting stone. Later on I built a templar tower with a large red templar cross from red wool and a white snow backgound on the front, which eventually became a large fortress. Some people liked it, others didn't, so I continually got griefed, almost every day. That is how I met most of the mods on the server :) .

I didn't like the concept of towns, because I like building big and towns restrict you to a small plot. I had a house in Flintwood for a while, but didn't get attached to it much, so I left it and came back to my fortress in the wilderness. A few people settled inside the fortress, all were welcome. I even had plans of turning it into a town in the future, although I eventually abandoned that idea.
You can find my fortress if you walk straight from the spawn, then when you reach the sea, turn right and follow the coast. Its not particularly impressive, just a big lump of stone bricks with a couple of large templar banners up front.
After I completed the fortress, my interest to the game slowly died out. It came back when 1.3 came around.
What attracted me the most was the fact that ores now gave exp, and the maximum enchantment level was restricted to 30, making things much simpler for me as I don't particularly enjoy the monotonic  grinding of mobs and would much rather spend my time underground, mining for precious minerals.

In fact, at this stage I was enjoying the game so much, I decided to support the server, and since I had no need for anything from the VIP shop, I just got me the vip status, which was very helpful in my mining operations. I no longer needed someone to stay in my mine thanks to the /back command and this yielded great results.

After discovering the awesomeness that is a Fortune 3 pick combined with a silk touch pick my fortune grew rapidly. When the game gave me fortune and silk touch picks with unbreaking enchantments, I started mining other ores with them, not just diamond and emerald. Mining redstone ore with silk touch and later on placing it and breaking it with a normal pick produced commercial quantities of exp, which in turn fed the production of better, more expensive picks I could sell.

At this point I felt a little tiered of mining, so I talked to Kenny(emperorMyrf) and he allowed me to build in his town. He later on granted me TA powers so that I could build outside the maximum plot size. I began the construction of a large, Gothic style cathedral, inspired by a recent trip to Europe. Some of you have seen it, im quite proud of it actually as it is the coolest looking thing I ever made in minecraft. Its not far from Kenny's house in the Empire town, feel free to check it out.

My story has a sad ending though. The day before yesterday, I logged into the server, planning to go on my usual mining trip. The moment I logged in, my character was dead, and all my precious mining gear was missing. At first I was shocked and hoped this would get fixed soon. Sadly, it didn't.
When I lost my mining tools, I lost the will to play, because for me, the hunt for the diamond is more fun than the actual use of the diamonds. Don't know if it makes any sense to you guys, but I don't really value the ingame pixels as much as I value the thrill of hunting for them.
Feeling upset and down, I decided to let the dust settle and wait until the game gets fixed, as 1.3 is extremely buggy, both with redstone and now this. So I decided to give my valuables away, since I had no use for them. I laid aside a small stack of 44 diamonds for my future return and decided to give everything else away. Went to the main spawn and started to drop my stuff when Fatnoob messaged me. A second later, all my stuff disappeared from my inventory. Fatnoob explained this as a check for x-ray on my part. I found that accusation offensive, since ive been around from December and never even thought of using cheats, thats not my game.
Later on I got banned under the false accusation of mass x-ray use. Further attempts to explain myself were ignored and I am now labeled as a cheater, something that pains me more than anything.
The wheels of justice work in a very peculiar pattern on this server. I'm guessing ill get unbanned eventually, as I did absolutely nothing wrong, although, the will to play on the server is slowly fading away.
My only regret is that I couldn't complete my cathedral project.

first of all I want to apologize for my English (Spanish is my first language)

Well lets see if my story is interesting (I think its a little bit boring but Ill let you decide that). As most players I bought this game because a friend told me about it, I started playing solo for several months, after that I got bored. My gf then drag me to a multiplayer gamer (LOTRO) and thats how I got my first experience in a multiplayer game. AFter that I decided to get back to Minecraft and try some multiplayer, so I look for a serve.

I found one, at first it was good but then the mods started to be jerks, they would hurl thunderbolts at other players, release the ender dragon and it was chaos and kinda awesome (not so much when it happen me), so I decided to live along as a dwarf (hidding underground). Then Guess what? the server got destroy, or at least i never heard of anyone from it.

At last I found the promise land, in planet minecraft I found the IP for noobstown; I ignore the server for quite some time (having the word "noob" made me feel a little bit uneasy) but well i could not find any good server so I gave it a shot.

My life here in Noobstown is awesome; the first time I joined the game i didnt know what to do, i wasnt aware of the towns and all that. I dont know why but my first...shall we call it house was a cave that I found on the mining world, again I was oblivious to the fact that the mining world gets reset every month. I lived a quite life by myself, during that time the only mod I trusted was EmperorMyrf, he was good with me and with all my stupid questions. After I realize that my house/cave was gonna dissapear i decided to move into a town, however i was really poor: a TA from the town in the sky (not sure of the name) offer me a plot but it was expensive so i declined. As you can imagine i was worry for all my stuff (I had a wheat farm, pumking farm, melon farm and sugar farm, not to mention my ores and ingots), I was kinda mad at myself but thats when Alturn (not sure if it was Alturn or Altair) offer me a place in his house, I took it.

I didnt last long in Alturn/Altair house, I sell most of my stuff and look for a town and my own house. I searched for a week and finally Danniel1998, major of Blackthorn, offer me a plot in his town, I accepted and that place is where i live and work for most of my time.

I follow a rule (specially in Multiplayer games) "if you are not sure then ask" and thats how i met most of the mods, however one time I ask AQW about a problem in the minig world (I was able to see through blocks, I didnt know that after Minecraft got update my texture pack could not support new blocks like stone bricks and those things) so he banned me :( , I talked to him and explained him my situation and he unban me (now im using the default texture pack to avoid any problems).

Im not sure whats wrong with me but after buying my house in blackthorn I left it there (it still my house but it is more like my storage facility and where i keep all of my farms) and start exploring the mining world and the wilderness. I made outpost (if you find one dont grief it please) in some locations, but for most of the time im in a mine or diving for clay. In my travels I saw some awesome buildings, specially in towns, and thats how I decide to visit all the towns ( I have visit three so far and they are amazing); I will visit a town Dragon (Forgive me Twisted but I cant remember the rest of the name).

uhmmm, thats as far as my story goes.

Thanks!

I started back in March 2011 in V1 as the server architect, I built the first ever NoobsTown building which was the town Inn/Pub. I also helped to moderate in the early stages of the server. Now I hardly ever come online due to being too busy with other things.

I don't think my story is very interesting but MEH

I found Noobstown searching through Planet Minecraft after I was exploited on another server by my "friend", who asked me to help him build & flatten/claim land for his town. I spent thousands, and went through numerous diamond tools & resources, only to find out had no intention of making me a co-owner because he would have preferred his other friend to become a co-owner, Spooky, who hadn't yet joined the server after the 1.3 update. I was upset and dissappointed, but I thought it best to move on from the server and start a new life on another :)

Noobscraft seemed to be a popular server, so I checked it out and followed the instructions to become a member. When I logged back in after being notified of my membership, ohlookawall immediately greeted me and offered to give me a tour of the town she resided in- Oakvale. When I saw the town spawn, I was amazed by the complexity and design of the buildings surrounding me. I wanted to join Oakvale straight away! I waited for a mayor/TA to come online so I could be invited to town :D

I introduced myself on here, made great friends on the server, built my house in the wilderness alongside ohlookawall's amazing house, built a restaurant for Oakvale, built a mining shop in town, explored, survived the numerous bugs following the update & socialised :-)

That's my boring story :L Hopefully it grows as I spend longer on the server. I'm really enjoying my time here!

It is a good story, and Im happy(Im sure other people are gald that you join us) that you find this server!.

My story isn't really worth mentioning, but since James insisted, here you go. =P

I used to go online on my clanserver (Dutch multigaming clan, also plays Minecraft), but since they dropped MCMMO because it gave them too many issues I didn't enjoy that server anymore, so for Minecraft I decided to look for another server. So thanks to the MCMMO wiki, I found this server in the list that used that mod, and I joined Noobstown.

Right the first day after joining, and reading up on how this server works I knew it would be best to join a town, so I made a topic that I was looking for one, and got a reply from Halikar, advertising the town where he was a TA, Oakvale =) So the next day I spoke to fish_james, and he invited me, gave me a nice plot, and I started buildin myself a nice little house.

That's now only a month ago. In that month (even while going almost 2 weeks on vacation), I've already managed to gather a small capital of 130,000 Noobz, an MCMMO power level of almost 1200 and I'm still going like a train =) I'm having a great time here and hope there will be many more months like past one ;)

Well... I joined about 4 months ago or so, and already have made a bit of a name for myself on the server. :P

I joined the server after hearing about it from Planet Minecraft. I had never done Multiplayer before on Minecraft since at the time, I was still fairly new to the game. I decided it was time to find other people to play the game with, and signed onto Noobstown for the first time.

After joining the server fully, I was greeted by a now former member of the server who was running a small town called Nubville. I decided I would join, and thus, I joined my first town. I remained in that town for about a month or so before I decided I needed a town that had more members and was more... amazing. Nubville, sadly, only had residential plots, and no other sections of the town, and very, very few active members. So, I reached out to other Mayors and asked for a town that was larger and had some extra benefits. Birdman2121, Mayor of Morningwood, reached out to me and showed me around the town. Eventually, I decided to join the town. I stayed in Morningwood for a good 2 months before I again decided that I needed something more from my town. Considering the lack of activity of the town's officers and the lack of helpful benefits, I decided to leave Morningwood and join one of the top 3 towns on the server, Flintwood.

As soon as I entered Flintwood, I was greeted with open arms by Batuus, the Head Architect of the town. He showed me around the town, showing each and every section of the town in detail. After the tour, Batuus was kind enough to even offer me his old house, which he had already moved out of, and was looking for someone to live in it. Happily, I took the house and thus, became a member of Flintwood. This is now my current town, and I hope to stay in it as long as possible.

After a few weeks, I decided that I really loved playing Mob Arena, and ended up writing a guide for the server on Mob Arena. In only a few short months,  I'm proud to say that this is still my one and only Multiplayer server on Minecraft.

This is perhaps the greatest thread in the whole forum. It gives a good perspective to the towns and its' communities.

My story isn't all that interesting just yet, joined late in June this year, my first serious attempt on a Minecraft server, and boy am I happy it turned out to be Noobscraft.

Will come back to this thread when I have some interesting things too tell beside my wildlife in my cave with my sheep, cows and chickens.

Thumbs up for this one!

Well, I joined April 19th this year, and have to say, this is the best server I have ever played on. Honestly, my first couple days were absolute nightmares, my first night on this server, I built a dirt pillar to stay away from the baddies below. That night, I learned spiders could climb, good god. A couple tree punching and rotten flesh nomming days later, I had a nice little house set up, and was surviving off of meat from some animals I found. Then my buddy Blooman_135 joined me in my adventure. A couple days of living in that house, I joined DiamondCreek, and so did Bloo. After about 2 weeks, I got fed-up with the 50 Noobz a day tax and the 1,000 Noobz plot price. So, I moved, to the greatest town in all of Noobstown, Empire. EmperorMyrf hooked me up good, really. Starting me off with a free plot, and even helped me move my stuff.  So, I did my last goodbyes to my home in DiamondCreek and started building my new one. A couple months of money making, home renovating, sugarcane farming, town supplying madness, I had a good pile of about 30,000 Noobz stored up, for what, I didn't quite know. Then I got my shop, which Myrf helped me with, and explained ChestShop to me. The shop being quite away from the town spawn, I decided to search for a new location. A month later, Myrf cleared an old shop plot from an inactive player, and allowed me to have it. Have to say, I have gained a good amount of money from that, because people like potions ._. and wool. For the past month or so GrizzShark and me have been working on our own little outpost for Empire, we decided to just claim it, and connected a town claimed road to it, to avoid paying 100k, (which I find quite outrageous). So that's about it, I'm  currently renovating my new home and working on my business tower. And who knows, maybe I'll start my own town someday, but I doubt it, I love Empire. I'd like to give a special thanks to EmperorMyrf, who has helped me since the beginning of my Nooby Adventure, And helped me even more later on, and is still currently helping me. THANKS MYRF! :3

I came onto the server after a friend reccomended it to me... I haven't been on for a while, I might join again if I can find all of my old friends ;_; (I joined near the end of V1) I'm hoping to do another project, that would be fun.

I joined after being invited by the first mayor of Dragonfire, and Dragonsoulsong to come play with them. I didn't really talk much then and soon enough the mayor left and Dragon took over. I actually got together with Dragon (yes i know him irl) because of minecraft, and because of a player named MasterrBC. I spent my time mining for lapis for a while, and then twist joined! I became a mod not too long after, and built a massive house made of lapis and lapis ore. That got old so I took it down. Our mayor slowly faded out and Twist became the new mayor. I still suck at doing town things but I help when i can. I befriended Myrf and Water and Foob even before I became a mod, so it was even more fun to mess around with them after that. Now I'm an emerald hunter since i have way too much lapis anymore...

Idk thats about it....

I've been playing Minecraft for about 2 weeks now.  I joined Noobstown a little over a week ago, and this is my first time to play outside of single player.  At that time I had no idea that individual towns even existed.  After reading several forums and server reviews, I decided to settle down in Noobstown.  I feel that I made a great choice.  The support is great, and everyone is extremely friendly and honest.

I've played MMO's for roughly 10-12 years now  8) and have beta'd 100's of them (everything from AO to WoW).  At first I was hesitant to play Minecraft because of the throwback graphics and interface.  My nephew plays, and always talks about it so I decided to give it a shot.  Instantly the game felt vaguely familiar and reminiscent of 90's FPS which I love.  Needless to say, I'm addicted.

That is great! Just curious, but have you joined a town yet or what are your goals on your server so far?

Yes, I've been settled in Winterhold for a short while now, and find the town pretty nice.  The mayor and TA's are awesome (when anyone in the town is actually online).  I would like to find myself in a TA role as well as a builder role somewhere.  Right now, I've gotten my house (nice contemporary setup) completed and a massive underground multi-level farm, which keeps me busy when I'm not adventuring.  I've started running the 90210 seed on my own server this week, and love it so far.

I don't have too much time right now, but I'll give this a shot.

I joined Noobscraft about a month ago and have loved it since. On the first day at the spawn, Hopitty greeted me and gave me some food. He then invited me into PiratesCove. When I got there, I just didn't feel at home. I left P.C. and looked for some other towns. After waiting a day, Miner came on and invited me into Flintwood.  I didn't like how crowded and far away my plot was. I left Flintwood and ended up in DragonFire, when TwistedLover invited me.

I've always enjoyed Noobscraft due to it's friendly environment, people, and moderators. I have not once seen a mis-ban. I have talked to many people, and am currently working on a project for DragonFire.

DragonFire is truly amazing to me. While it can be sometimes lonesome with just 8 people on at a time, there's always something to do. The availability of everything is superior to that of any town I've been to. I did visit Fish_James' town, which I really liked. If I wasn't in DragonFire, that would be the town I would want to live in.

I'm currently trying to build trust with everyone, because when things need to get done, it's trust that you rely on.

Well, that's my story so far. =)

After reading this thread while the server was down, I decided, "I surrrpose it's time I post about me own tale!"

Pre-Noobstown
About three weeks ago, the boys at the local community kids club that I lead (irl) asked me if I played mc and eventually invited me to a factions PvP mcMMO server. It was my first multiplayer experience. I enjoyed being able to play mc with my young friends, but there was too much cussing and I didn't want them to get exposed any further than they already are at school. I told them I'm staying off that server for a while, but really liked mcMMO. And so, my search for an MMO server began.

Newb Days at Noobstown
I found Noobscraft.com via PMC I think, after visiting a few others that either were stagnant or required paid membership (I googled "mcMMO server"). The rules were what won me over for Noobstown--No Cussing! And PvP is here too as an Event, so my young friends just might like it. (I saw them online a couple times; they haven't completely bought in yet). At any rate, "This must be the place! Nyarr!"

I heavily tend to play solo, so once in Mining World I found an underground lake that I turned into a base. I ended up hungry for a couple real-life days as I waited for the few crops to grow. Meanwhile, I dug down for the mines, careful not to fall and use up precious hearts. I found out I was close to an abandoned mine with a Cave Spider spawner. A nearby chest was empty, telling me that somebody had been around already.

Aaand, time skip! I developed my secluded Mining World base to have five 9x9 wheat farms, some sugarcane farms, a jumping platform (for Acro), a fishing spot, and a maxed-out enchantment room. All my chests were hidden so I didn't worry much about being griefed.

Ohh! And Tidal suddenly tp'd in my base one time as I was about to harvest wheat. ("Whoa!" moment). Idk why. I didn't know who she was then until I looked it up on the forum. Another player also tpa'd without prior notice as I was about to enter my base from outside. I accepted to say hi, but he just left. Weird...

A Dilemma
Eventually, the sign by the Mining World portal finally sunk in---"Resets October 1st." It was then that I thought, "Gasp! What's gonna happen to all my treasurrrre?! Maybe I should get a town."

And I did.

I journeyed around the forum about current towns. I was not looking for a well-populated town, but a medium town with room for growth. And yet, my sole purpose was to have a place to store all me loot! After learning about the /town spawn command I did some town hopping to see which one I liked. Most of them were beautiful and creative; some were still being developed. I made a decision after walking by an empty plot in the moonlight and thought, "Lovely place to settle." I town-spawned often, waiting for someone to respond to my local-chat "Hi," hoping a TA was around. Finally, a reply from Zephar.

At Tortuga
Not much to say at this point, since I became a resident only yesterday. I claimed the plot I wanted. The Town Rules said first plot was free, but I went ahead and donated---such a lovely town deserves it! And so I moved in, made some chests, moved all me loot from me MW secret hideout... I picked up on the little detail that Zeph likes Bleach, so I was gonna make my plot look like Destructive Spell 96: Itto Kaso (http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Itt%C5%8D_Kas%C5%8D) as a thank-you. But after getting everything but the lava ready (dun dun dunnn... I won't spoil it), I had to change designs. (See below)

Burnfireblaze came on to give me a town tour today. And this is where things are right now. To be continued.

Very interesting story ummfred~! I haven't been on lately with some issues irl and way too busy, but I would love to meet you in game, I am a TA in Oakvale. The TA's are a little inactive right now for real life issues, and two of them just quit as TA so it is a little inactive right now.

But if I ever start playing MC more again, I would love to talk, as I love a nice chat with new fellow Noobs :)

Be well,

I hear you, Fish. Real life catches up with all of us sometimes. (Now where are those resumes I need to send...)  :3 I'll send you a /tp request next time I see you on. I don't think I've seen Oakvale in its entirety yet. By the way, thank you so much for starting this topic! It gives me something good to read whenever the server is down. And truthfully, I never imagined I would be involved in such an online community as Noobstown.

"I need food!"
As a strict solo survivalist, I've told myself I'd never use chat except when I really needed it. Nor interact with any player. And yet, the monotony of grinding/mining/farming forces me to constantly monitor Gen Chat (and, in the process, get entertained by what they're saying). About a week ago, there was this one kid who asked about where they and their friend can call home. Nothing big; the mods took care of it. The kid still decided to build a house in the mining world. "Hm. Good luck with that."

The next day, I was in my secret hideout, harvesting wheat... When the same kid calls out, "I'm hungry!" And I dismissed it, thinking, "Meh. I survived two real life days on zero hunger. Deal with it!" After several minutes, the kid calls out again. "I need food!"

"Alright! Just this once, Gen Chat!"

That second request broke down my solo-play resolve, and I prepared for tpa with some food. For a few reasons: (1) I was just then harvesting wheat to make bread, (2) the kid's new AND lived the mining world, (3) the kid had a friend, and (4) nobody responded after several minutes.

The next thing I know, we were mining for diamonds, then end stone, then netherrack. Poor kid fell into lava three times. The next day, I found out he joined a town--one that I would eventually call my second home town. There in New Caprica, I made another friend, and the three of us would go fishing or do MA together. I'd jump in to lava for them any time---well, provided I have my current set of Fire3 D Armor and have water set for /home :D.

Deep in my heart, I'm still a solo-player. But when people need help and I got resources, it's hard to decline their request  :P

I'm trying to get on more, and with my new project I am trying to start up, I have more of a reason to log on! Like I said on that forum post, I will be gone next week for 7 days because I'm going camping for a week, but after that I should be getting on more often as I have less homework now!   I hope we get to talk more and I hope your story grows the longer you are a Noob :D

I may be crazier than a shaken bag of Hollywood celebrities (and far more handsome), but I do have pretty high standards when it comes to multiplayer servers in any game.  I've been pretty disappointed with other servers being full of cheaters, or poorly managed; so I was happy to find a server that's well-maintained and actively hunts cheaters (long live Myrf and Buckie).   Every day I'm on the server, my belief that this is a heck of a server to play on is reenforced.  Great community, proactive moderators, lively owners, good implementation of customizations, and...  melon slices.

I don't know why, but the melons speak to me on this server.  Oh, what's that, my beauties...?  You want me to harvest you, and hand out melon slices to all the good boys and girls of Noobscraft?  Well, who am I to say no to citrullus lanatus?  Watermelons have never steered me wrong.  Pumpkins on the other hand...  :P

I prefer to wander around the wild, hiding survival caches, and building the occasional survival bunker.  Whenever I run into devastated wilderness - floating treetops, irregular pits in the dirt, stripped deserts, beaten farmland, fields of green begging for a flower or two - I like to try and patch things up.  It may be futile, but I suppose it's worth the effort if just for the joy in doing such.  When the great watermelon in the sky comes calling to whisk me away to defend the universe, I'd like to leave with a clear conscience and a glimmer of hope that I've left parts of the landscape as handsome as myself.

When I'm not busy with awesomeification projects, mining, or building survival bunkers; I can be a bit of a social butterfly.  I like helping folks out, chit-chatting with the mortals, melonizing those hungry for sweet-awesomeness, jumping on random peoples' beds, dancing on random rooftops, charming the ladies, and scouting individuals who may serve the Way of the Watermelon.

Oh, did I mention being crazy?  I did?  Okay, just wanted to reiterate that.  And the handsome thing...  When you demand maximum craziness and dashing good looks in your ninja, look no further than Raiden600...  I'm better than the 599 Raidens that preceded me!

I joined noobstown in August 2012. I started out living in a unofficial village made by a player named tman65o or something. I had not set my home there so I could never visit again due to his secret coordinates and lack of being online. Eventually I helped make an unofficial town dubbed "Ironforge". It was great until a group of griefers slowly griefed the town to rubble. I was the last to go. Ironforge was in a super-griefed state when I left. Shortly afterwards I joined Oakvale. It was a bustling town full of shops, restaurant, houses, and farms.
Sadly, I was not rich with only 67 noobs and plots were 750 noobs so, I moved out of Oakvale to spawn, wandering for towns. One day I met a seemingly rich player named coolquote. I teleported to him whenever he was on. I did this to investigate a new town, Nova. I later joined Nova, your first plot was free, and built my first 1 story home. I made my way to the shop district and bought a shop plot for 300 noobs. The building on it was taken down and I built the first Meep Market. Not realizing I was one of the first 50, It felt like it was a huge bustling metropolis. Later on, I got the creator of Ironforge, Tannin, and a former Ironforge
resident, bowseat, to join Nova. We had fun, while the a whole new part of Nova was being made. Castles arose as well as a new town farm, 2 new residential areas and a new vault. I grew richer to 10,000 noobs.
Finnaly, my time had come, Lord supersourmonkey would train me to be a TA. Now this is where I stand...the beginning of a Redstone Era...

I forgot when i joined noobscraft :P. Well, when i first started out in noobscraft, I built a small house in the wilderness, made of cobble, i voted alot (i needed money more than i do now), then camcon1212 asked if anyone needed a job in the general chat, I said i needed one, and i got hired, so then i moved into his house, in an unofficial town called CherryWood created by LilbeatsFH. So i started working as a potion maker, then i found out that you could earn alot of money by cutting down trees, so i planted a ton and bonemealed it, then i cut alot of the trees in the treefarm and didnt place the saplings in to correct place, so i got kicked out of the town. But camcon1212 came with me, we joined the town summer, and we shared a home, we continued potion making, and camcon had a little farm in the wilderness, but sadly, it was way to close to the town, and blades392 had it removed, we had a long argument, in the end, she won. camcon moved out, and i came with him, and continued, suddenly, one day, he became inactive. And i waited, after a week i think? I moved back to summer, and made a new friend called ShadowPistol( Some random numbers i forgot). We became partners, and i found out that we could make a ton of money by selling snow blocks to blades392's shop, in the end, we got discovered and almost kicked out of the town (sorry blades). I was sorry and gave blades her money back, and she thanked me, and she asked if i wanted to be a TA, and that is where i am currently!  :)

i first joined noobstown 3 weeks ago and and loved playing here ever since when I first joined I had no idea how to join a plot or where to build so I asked around couple of days. my first day I was only looking for a fun server where you could do what you wanted when you wanted. this server provided that well so I stayed. the next day I was digging a nice mine shaft in the mining world and collected a lot of stone. when a player said on the general chat that he had no idea how to make a fountain.  so I offered to help. when I got there I immediately got to work and the end result was a well constructed fountain that I was proud of. Unexpectedly He paid me 500nbz for the work. I then started looking for  a good town to join which is where I found Ocean view my building is now the 3rd tallest there and can produced about 2 stacks of bread every time I harvest wheat. It also has a melon, pumpkin, and sugar cane farm on top so Expect me to be selling pumpkin pies  8|

The Fall of The Meep (Part 2)

Many weeks had passed since the [Guest] meepdoodles had logged on. I have grown to the rank of VIP. The town Nova mentioned in Part 1, has stopped growth. My 1st Nova home is now a monument of 1.2.5. I have an embassy plot, as well as 2 other regular plots. I have recruited Minecraftguy5703 to Noobscraft.

Return of The Herobrine

It is now Noobsween. I went to the Nether on a cool fall day. I had walked about 6,000 blocks. I came across a Nether Fortress. I went inside, into the main stairwell. Then, I saw The Herobrine. There was an alter there. I cringed my player, as he seduced me into a sub-Herobrine. I was forced to boast full white eyes for all of October.

The Death of a Kind

I was lonely. It was early November. Meep Inc. had been crushed under the force of fire, and explosives. I will have revenge. I will bring back Meep Inc. I am the bomb. I am the last of the first 50 Nova residents.

The Shop

when i was new i did not know how to use the shop.  no matter how hard i tried, i could not get it to work. After hours of trying  then i began spamming out in rage and bought some dirt i had no use for.  i finally figured it out.  when i bought and sold all that i wanted, i walked out of the store and found out there were signs that tells you how to use the store.

It's always tough when your Noobie friends aren't online. It's worse when they leave.

Relics
Less than a week ago I said good-bye to one of my first friends in Noobstown. She said she was gonna leave the server. She had me rummage through her chests and pick things I want to keep. I took some valuables and enchanted tools for safekeeping, in case she decides to come back. I also took the full blue-dyed enchanted armor set she intended to give to our other friend (who hasn't been coming on for unknown reasons). I'll spare the rest of the details. After declaring a drop party at spawn and leaving a note to our other friend, we went to a town she planned on building (but never finished). She put her far disc in a jukebox and we just walked around the empty plots in bittersweet silence for what seemed like an hour. Finally, as the sun was rising, we said our good-byes.

And just as soon as the music faded, she was gone.

I took the far disc from the jukebox and proceeded to make a time-capsule chest for her at /home. I thought and thought of what memorial to build for her and our other friend. And now, I've finished it.

If you would please refer to the beginning of the post, no negativity (cussing) on these posts, its for reminiscing not to draw attention and get off subject.  Sorry that happened, but please.

I loved to read this after you have got to get a tour of omega1291's MASSIVE tower complex, and now you have an embassy plot in Oakvale, where we have been celebrating Christmas there.  It's been fun, hope the fun continues, as I have a lot planned out for town, and you're welcome to join on the events :)

Buckie I would love to join your nation when my town is real

This isn't the place to ask buckie about nations.  If you want to do that, send him a PM on the forums or a /tell in game, or even make a post of your town in the towns sections.  If you want to share your story however, go ahead.

My story is a fairly long and sad one, as I have been on very long and seen many good and bad things on this server (good outnumber bad 1000 to 1). It all started when I joined Minecraft in February 2012 after hearing my friends talk about it and watching them play it. In teh beginning of April, I hear some friends of mine (Flyinghotdog1, JacksonMCRand, and joeyishar) talking about some great server called Noobscraft. I said that I would try it after they pesetered me for a week, and when I went on I found my friends and became a member. I joined the town known as WinterHold, as a noob. I found the mayor, ZeeTheLegend, and some TA's of the town soon after. BunnyLordFooFoo, Flyinghotdog1, and PaintballZ77 I remeber being some of the nicest members of the TA body of WinterHold, giving me the money to build a house, etc.. And so I played for two weeks. I forgot to put a sign up telling the TA's not to sell my house, but I told my friend who told the others. When I come back, my house is sold. EmperorMyrf was one of the most helpful mods ever to me. When I started, he was looking for people to help him build his giant ravine castle. I said I would help, even though all I had was a heavily used wooden pick someone gave me for free. When it broke, he gave me a rental diamond pickaxe. So I help him build this massive place. He lets mem keep the pick and gives me 10 diamonds, which helped a lot. Afterwards I lived in WinterHold for months. I was interviewed multiple times by ZeeTheLegend, who after the fourth time finally promoted me to TA post. I was great at it, restoring the old WinterHold back to its former glory. I gave great advice to new players, and helped expand the town and remake the town spawn. Yet I was not really appreciated by the other TA's, and most of the old TA's I had become good friends with had left the town or server, or were inactive for months at a time. I started having problems with Zee, and my friends were getting banned 1 by 1 for things such as spamming or advertising without meaning to, and I was losing my interest in trying to help a town when nobody appreciated me for doing it. Zee had torn down my houses and offices multiple times, because I was out of town when I was on, exploring a desert/mushroom biome that I had found and made a settlement there. I was at the end of the line with some of the players on the server. So I stopped playing. When I go to get back on, I was banned for 2 days for "griefing a cave home" of some inactive player who I had never heard of or seen. I didn't know what had happened, and so I asked some of the moderators. They told me what I knew already, so I waited two days. When I am unbanned, I go back to my usual flow of things: Exploring my area. I find a castle, and thereafter find some signs saying "This is the city of KochiraKoso. Welcome!" I look through it, and the ruins of it are a great help to me. I find chests with tons of stuff in it, and I ask TidalMewMew if I can take the stuff. She checks and the players are all perma-banned or left the server. So I take the stuff. My friends are living with me now and we are doing great. I start having problems with Zee again, when he starts taking down my houses again. I tell him not to sell or destroy any of my houses, and when I come in to the town to take my armor and weapons to a PvP match, I can't find my house. I look and see that all four of my plots were sold by Zee and all of my items (including the 9 Diamond Blocks I had worked for forever to get) were gone, the chests destroyed by admins and mods because the buyer wanted more room for his garden. I was so angry that I emptyed the storehouse of WinterHold, renounced my post as a TA, and left the town. My friends did the same. He realized it and told the admins, earning me a perma-ban. The admins find my house and let Zee take the stuff back, plus a ton more that he never had in the first place. I had failed my friends and left them with nothing. I put up a ban appeal, which I lost, because of too many arguments with other players. So I contacted Waterworth in private, trying to get me unbanned. After a week and a half, I finally got him to agree to unban me-- after another month. So here I am, waiting for my ban to expire in 14 days.
Title: Chapter 4 :)
Post by: Orpheus_only on 2 Jan 2013, 03:27:48
"Not here in Tortuga"

A normal Noobstown day, early October. Mining, selling stone to the town for projects, donating to the town bank... My mayor, UnlikelyPirate, suddenly asks if I wanted to be a Town Assistant. I say, "But.. But.. Being a TA is a lot of responsibility :/" Then the Captain says, "Ohh no lol not here in Tortuga." So I accepted. Things were never the same since then.

Or so I thought.

A New World

Ahh, the dreaded TA job of recruiting people! A couple weeks into my TA-ship, I thought, "Let's give recruiting a try." So, at a time when 20 people were on, I stalked global chat for town-searchers, like a cat about to prey on a mouse. (Same sensation every single time I type /t add <name>). My mental list of TAs/mayors told me that Magic271 and ohlookawall were the only ones besides me who can add residents. I openly referred one guy to Oakvale first. Then... It was my turn.

/t add xXAnimeOXx

I met him at the town spawn, gave him a brief tour, and showed him his free plot. I helped him move things from his wildy house where ViperVeryon8 also lived. Pretty social fellow. Next thing I know he was trying to recreate Seastore in our town, after talking to Seaside mayor Debo37. He also got two of his friends into the town, coolpolar876 and HelloPriyanshu.

Some time later, Luffy-skinned San57x100 became VIP then Moderator. xXAnimeOXx also took on a Luffy skin. Thus, the "twin brother" relationship. I already was Ace-skinned before October started, with the "in-game little brother" position intended for my first Noobstown buddy, clevelandbrown26. Nonetheless, I took San and Anime as my "little brothers," though San became more of a really good friend.

Anime and his friends became great Tortuga residents, along with others I have also added--from sombrerodude to DrakkonOfNotch and sliceanddice1234. One great joy of TA-ship is seeing your residents go through the learning experiences---master the server commands, grind mcMMO xp, look for good deals. Ultimately, Anime decided he wanted to build a town of his own.

---Writer's breathing break---

Time skip: After much support and advice (and a few corrections along the way), Anime established his own town, ShinSekai. All things turned out for good, when a long-time friend of mine (who I feared left the server), kjc_123, also joined Anime's town. Now they are part of the great nation of Yunaiteddo.

Anime, his friends, and their endeavors give much pride to this... rather reserved Tortugan staffer.

To be continued...

What does the future hold for the new breed of Tortugans? What potential lies in them? One thing is for sure--the will get the same support from the town staff, as always.

Not going to lie, I feel like I have been here a long time. I had so many great memories of this server, and I want to share them. It seems only right to post my story now, since V6 will be starting soon. Its time to end this chapter of noobstown, and time to make a new one~

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I joined over a year ago now, back in April of 2012. Not a day later I joined Forthwind which was run by ajhl49. I played non-stop for the next week putting in long hours helping clear plots for members of the town. I donated supplies for new structures in the town and had tons of fun. I met some really awesome people like Dmonemac95, tyja, and Achmedofhell who were all TA's of the town.

Then things took a turn for the worst. Some former TA's decided to destroy the town that I had come to know and love. They withdrew all the money in the town bank, and when I returned to the town the next day everything was gone. We lost the location of the town outpost, and spent hours and hours searching the world of noobstown in hope of finding the lost outlook. While the structures in the town still stood, all the entities (doors, signs, ect) were cleared. The town worked together to rebuild, and with the help of the admin team we were able to rebuild Forthwind. After a day or so of searching we finally located the lost town outpost and decided that it would be best to take all the valuable items from the unclaimed land and forget about the outpost.

After the horrible incident I was promoted to the rank of TA. I recruited new members to the town, and made lots of new friends. Ajhl49, who used to be a moderator of the server, was having issues with his internet connection and became inactive. After that the only TA's left were Tyja, Achmedofhell, and I.

I ventured out on my own in the Ender world and built myself the first ever automatic enderman farm on the server. You could get to level 50 for enchanting in about 5-10 minutes. The spawner was a huge success and Achmedofhell and I worked together to create our very own enchantment shop. We became best friends on the server and worked well together.

Forthwind never fully recovered from its destruction, and it slowly faded away. People came and left, and things just were not the same. I left for a month on vacation, and when I came back the town had gone bankrupt with nobody to save it. I took my stuff from the town and made my own secret underground base maybe 500 blocks away from were the old town used to be. I made myself my own base and lived there alone. Achmedofhell became inactive due to his account being hacked, and I had no town, and had lost most of my friends.

I stayed active for a while, but I left sometime around the beginning of the next school year. It was hard to leave but I felt like it would be best if I did. I still logged on here and there to see how things were going but I never fully rejoined.

Then about 4 months later, I rejoined the server. I came back and  made new friends like DiggyPerro, Entangled, TwistedLover, and AQW_assassian01. I still owned a good amount of wealth, and I played for hours all over again. I joined Dragonfire, and worked with DiggyPerro on some new projects. I leveled up my fishing skills for what seemed like forever.

After the launch of the Live Map I was ecstatic. I used the map to locate the old outpost for the town of Forthwind. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that the old outpost had been reclaimed by another person. That is how I met MrFloris. One of the old TA's, Dmonemac95, sold the old outpost land to MrFloris. I made a deal with MrFloris that allowed me to share the land with him as long as I promised not to grief anything.

Things were going good, and then V6 was announced. I was a little sad at first about the idea of letting go of everything that I had worked so hard for. But I think that it will be for the best. I went inactive again for another maybe 3-4 months I have finally returned yet again in the light of a new beginning. I cant wait for V6 to come, and to have more new stories to tell.

Thanks for reading, and I hope I didnt make it too long for you :D

Well I joined This server on the New Years Eve of 2012 at 3am And i didnt see Much potential In the server i said its just another Server Nothing special And Never Will be right?

WRONG!!!

I asked if anyone had a town i could join And literally as i was about to press disconnect I got an invite to the one the only Tortuga by my oldest friend on the server UmmFredFelizco.

The Next Step

Fred got me a plot i headed straight to the mining world to gather the supplies nessesary to continue my journey.
i made a wonderful house and the best part was there was a basement with a rollercoaster.

At the beginning Of V6

At the beginning of V6 i saw people That i hadnt seen for months And made alot of new friends which i still am good friends with to this day

such as:
Sir_andrew
ItsLawrence
Duelcon
Waterwoth
and the one and only Fatnoob
and many many others

Here comes trouble

A couple of weeks into v6 i had gotten myself on my feet with a plot and i was once again a member of tortuga

I needed supplies and got in touch with my best friend Halcyon13 who introduced me to Blackrosemom964 and she introduced me to EliteMustangGT and to this day i know every single one of them And we are still going strong to this day.

I wouldnt replace this life for anything because i have my memories, My past And MOst importantly The bright friendly future Which will proceed (fingers crossed) I have no intentions on going anywhere

so just to sum it up your nothing without your friends and i would like to thank every single one of you for giving me the amazing time i have had here it would have been a rocky road without you guys

Keep It real and be yourself and remember friends are what makes this server tick

When I started Off I was still a nooby player. 2 weeks after Purchase of Mc :). I didn't know how the commands worked and I just started my Adventure. I was welcome from a couple of players. If im right Jack and Duel and others. When I became a member I was surprised how the server spawned look. I enjoyed it very much when I learned this was a Towny Server (I had no clue this was Towny at first. I just expected a Normal Server) When I continued I never knew where to go and where to Live. (Spending Hours exploring the spawn.) I spent that day all night playing when a player (Jason or something. Isn't here today :'( ) Take me to the mine world. I was surprised how he or she repaired my pickaxes and then I started Grinding Mining Skill. Once I was full Inventory I went to spawn and Dilly Dallyed More. Then I was Just there Living at spawn for Day 1. That Day I managed to receive more help from others Like AdrianCavi. That Day He Invited me to His town and let me stay at his town for 1 day. But Before that (Not forgetting the Awesome Help from Duelcon ;) ) I was warped to DragonFire (if that was the town name) and suprisly Duel gave me 3 Double Chests to store. I kept bugging Duel too Much that soon I felt like He was just ignoring me. Me first time in Minecraft Towny server,Never knew any commands. ~Continue Very Soon~

So I spent 10hrs that day living without Duel's Chests. They just contained junk and items. I never sold anything nor did the items were used. Back at spawn I spammed /ma J Default and spent hours playing it. (too fun :D) Adrian helped me out that Midnight with 10 stacks of arrows and 20 bows. (around that. Ty Adrian :) )

RedSkin Nation~ Plot Discovery~

I really didn't like my plot since it was made of cobble but I still took it. I lost my plot about 4 times meaning that I never sold any items to anyone or anything so I had to live the broken Life :P.

Day 2. I started making some Friends the next comming days. More times I bugged Duel >.< (I never knew the command of /sethome and I was wonder if Duel Hates me o.o) I met a Friend name XxSemRadxx (something like that not sure) When we Became partners (Team) Right before him I was offered from someone who had more experience than me. the one and only Flammablecow800 :D. I like to give thanks to my friends.

(More comming soon)

well i came on in the 1/4 of v4 i was a noob and had to kill myself multiple times to get health back cuz i had no food. I did some quick researching on wiki sent out and searched for place to build a house it took me 1 1/2 hours but alas i found a place. then my friend came on and made a hotel where people came in for their first day. Sadly that attracted greifers and that same day my home and the surrounding area was a crater. it took me a while but found a place where i could build another house with some other people there i grew a small fortune. Fast forward a few weeks / months and my home was blown up because the "mayor/ person in charge of  the town " told me that V5 was coming out and it was no use having it (sadly all my stuff was there too so i had to start fresh) with in a week v5 came out and i was like the 74 person to get on.

that is all for now maybe i'll do more tomorow idk.
