Title: Chat spamming.
Post by: Nebih on 4 Sep 2012, 00:58:31
Have you ever asked a question in chat? Have you felt like you are ignored when you ask it? Well then don't keep asking it! If you ask ONCE, and you don't get a response in a few minutes, Ask again. If you don't get any response then stop asking! People most likely aren't interested. Ask a friend if they think it is a good idea.

If your still confused here is an example:

EX:
[G] [Member] nebih: Would anyone like to buy a mooshroom egg, for 7,000 NBZ?? If so /tell me!

*A few minutes later with still no response*

[G] [Member] nebih: Would anyone like to buy a mooshroom egg, for 7,000 NBZ?? If so /tell me!

*A few minutes later with still no response*

[G] [Member] nebih: Would anyone like to buy a mooshroom egg, for 7,000 NBZ?? Last call!

*Still no response*

If you do this and get the same results as my example, then ask again in a few days. Or simply make a chest shop in a town or something like that. I have noticed a lot of people repeatedly asking the same quesion and it is kinda uncalled for. The example can go for any question to be honest. Like joining a town, or Free stuff. If you are talking to someone in your town do /tc message. It saves room in Global chat for important stuff. Same goes for Nation chat /nc message. Same reason. If you are talking to someone near by do /ch l It saves loads of room in Global and there is less spam. Thank you.

Very nice nebih, it is very important that every player follows this guide for if you ask the same question repeatedly in a very short amount of time, we moderators will view that as spamming and you will be punished.
