I have been on the server for a little while and have noticed some people not acting as they should.
Also, plots (when previously owned) contain items that are locked with LWC.
To go along with this, there are commands that can help you when in need.
FIRST: Is someone spamming and no one online to help? A helpful command is: /ch ignore [player name].
This command prevents you from receiving messages from the person you are ignoring.
SECOND: Has someone destroyed something of yours? Report the action by standing in or near the griefed area and say /grief. This will report the grief.
THIRD: Is someone messing with you, cursing, spamming, or do you just need help? There is a command for that, /helpop [message]. This sends a message to the Moderators online that can help you with your situation.
FOURTH: When moving into a previously owned plot, there are usually locked chests, furnaces, and doors throughout the plot. To get rid of these locked items, say /helpop and make your message similar to : [Could you please come remove furnaces, chests, and doors from my plot?]

/ignore <player> is my second favorite command, after /killallcreepers. :D

I would have to admit that my ignore list is HUGE. There are some not so friendly people on this server, but we aren't all perfect now are we. :/ Nice guide by the way.
