Title: Anti-Bullying/Bullying Section

Dear Administrators/Moderators of Noobscraft.com

I am writing this forum post to tell you a very facsinating however, magnificent idea for the server forums. You may enjoy this however this is it. You could add a Anti-Bullying/Bullying section were players report bullying/discuss any bullying to decide if it is/isnt bullying and then the moderators/administrators deal with the anti-bullying however, they need to provide proof/photosnapshot of the bullying.
That is my helpful suggestion marvelous staff, I hope you take this into consideration.

We already have this, it's called the "Report Users" section. It seems to do the job rather nicely.

Ah, would cha look at that? You Learn something new everysingleday. I had no idea there already was one :).
