theres a bukkit plugin to combat x-ray mods. might help prevent many people from getting banned :D (not sure if noobstown is a bukkit server though)

This has been suggested in the past, but was rejected because it just takes up space, anyone who uses X-Ray should know it's not a matter of if they will be caught, but when.
