Title: Forum Community manager!!!

Noobscraft server grows and become better, we have awesome admins that make a hard work and most of players donated and become VIP. But official forum is still not less info and support. Many people have a questions and good ideas adreessed to admins and most of that things remain unanswered. I serous part of our community good forum support.

I believe the admins do a good job at running the forums. You try and be an admin. Look at it from their view. You have over 25k people from all around the world. Do you have the time with college (I remember the admins saying they were in college right?) And a server and a forum and another server, to answer all the questions? ...

I agree with that. And i know our admins doing a hard work in our free time and that are awesome. About community manger it's just a good idea that can be implemented if it is possible myabe some1 want to become a community manager like a mod in game( besides we have a lot of mods in game). When i played other MMo games i become guild master or class leader but in only in main country. Here its too hard for me because language bariers and not enough time for play ((

Nitron, one does not simply become an admin. ^_^
If you were to become admin,I don't think you'll have free time.

Nitron wasn't meaning to offend the Admins in anyway, his point/idea was to come up with some sort of "Forum Community Manager" to assist with certain parts of the forum such as the "Suggestions and Ideas" section (I assume since he mention unanswered ideas ;)).

I think this is quite a good idea, maybe another forum title (or not :S) like "Forum Assistant" or just "Assistant" that forwards posts to the Admins that has received positive feedback from the public?!

For an example... If I were to make a post suggesting a plugin or a tool in which a VIP can use, if it was to get a good response from the community, it would be passed on to the admins from an Assistant, meaning the Admins wouldn't need to look over the suggestions regularly with all the work they do :).

Having helped build, maintain, and run online communities for more than 10 years now, I fully agree that this is a good idea. I'd add, however, that such a job/title should be given to one of the admins along with a moderator or two as assistants, not an additional staff member dedicated to only the forums. It may mean that some staffers focus first on in server issues and some on forum support, but having them "cross-trained" and integrated into the staff structure fully is far better and flexible overall.

From what I've noticed Mods have actually forwarded posts to admins when nesscary. :L

Yep, maybe they have, but there's still a bunch of ideas unanswered which is what Nitron was aiming this at :P
