Title: Let us report guests in report panel.

On report panel, it only lets me report members, and doesn't let me report guests. Can you change it so we can report guests too?

I approve of this.

I've also had several occassions where guests were clearly violating the server rules with no mods around, and no possibility to report them because only registered members can be reported.

I don't think it's possible actually, because when a guest join the server, their username isn't saved on the forum before they register, so this means the username can't really be found.

The only way I can see this working is if you could just simply "report anything", whatever you type in to the little bar would work, if you get what I mean with that.

It is something we did intend to have; guests should now be reportable.
