Title: Move Nether Quartz block from the "Other" to the "Nether" section of auction

Frankly i dont really think the sorting for the nether quartz block
(normal, chiseled and pillar) really makes much sense. the slabs for quartz themselves are in the "Nether" block section of auction, but the other 3 blocks aren't. I remember spending at least 5 minutes combing through the different auction sections looking for quartz blocks when they werent in the Nether section. i think the Chiseled quartz, pillar quartz, and nether quartz blocks should be move from Other to Nether to avoid confusion.

Apologies for this, I've put them all into the Nether category too, if you notice any more issues like this please feel free to bring them up.
