Title: Permission to disable commands in a town/wild.

To have an option to block certain commands in a town, whether it's the jump command, pet command, set home command etc. I think would be useful so no one can access areas that they shouldn't have access to, like if its a top secret base, an easy /jump through the door wrecks the efforts in building it secure. I know that people may try to go out the area to just do it but I'm sure its possible to disable all teleportations apart from spawn ones and so on etc.

I have thought of this idea also and think its a great suggestion !
