Title: /Shop: Selling Ender Pearls

I would be great if we could sell ender pearls, because I can't use them for anything other than teleporting around which I don't do very much. Thank you if you read this and/or implement this idea in the game.

I've now added them to /shop under the "Misc" category. Hopefully it's a suitable price, but if you think it should be more or less then let me know :). Thanks for the suggestion.
