I was think of adding showcase for fun and decoration, Then letting us you the simple form of log-block and make the tool like i don't know a wood pick so you don't end up placing bed rock or it could just be use a frikin flower.
O ya one more thing letting the people of the server use /pl or /plugin i can really so no harm in doing so and also maybe someone wanted to suggest a plugin and they looked at the list of plugins and its already there so they don't make a forum for nothing and waste everyone's time

We used to have log-block and the wooden pick for checking who destroyed certain blocks, I think it was specificly removed so the staff can do a thurough examination of the area to make sure there isn't any evidence being missed.
Allowing people to use /pl doesn't make NoobsCraft unique 'cause then people can use/copy the same plugins, this might not be the case, but possibly why it was removed.. I might be making too many accusations, but this is just my view on each of your suggestions ;)
