Was wondering, could we possibly add back in the recruiter rank?

I know of several people who have been missing it.

It was a rank where the person only had access to inviting people into the town.

I feel like recruiter was turned into TA. I feel like that's one of the jobs of the TA. Or just all town staff in general.

I was just wanting it to reward long time town residents, eventually leading to TA.
