Title: Pvp Armor!

I was just wondering how much each of the below would be worth. I may be inclined to sell to highest offer :)


The following are new, full sets of diamond armor
Protection III
Protection IV
Protection IV Unbreaking III

The following is an idividual set of new, diamond armor
Helm- Resperation III Aqua Affinity I Protection IV
Chest- Protection IV
Legs- Protection IV
Boots- Protection IV Feather-falling IV

It's not really worth anything in PVP.. Whoever goes in to PVP with stuff like that is just asking for it to be destroyed since loot doesn't get dropped anymore.

As Jay said if you go in to Pvp with enchanted gear you are pretty much asking to quickly get it broken, if a person got a Sharpness V/IV Diamond Sword that will take away 4 Durability of your armor or 5 if critical, a Diamond Armor got I think around 1560 Durability or something total so it will go away fairly quickly and just be a waste of money if you were to get it crushed by the first day you use it :3

Also the enchantment prices has dropped a lot after those stupid enchant books were added, enchanting is much easier now and enchanted gear that does not have multiple enchants are probably just worth a couple thousand noobz more then the none enchanted item.

It actually lasts pretty long if you are hitting back and killing them rather than standing there as a meatshield. Diamond armor has 1,819 durability. Even at 4 points lost per hit, the armor will last 591 hits with unbreaking 3. I doubt anyone will stand around for someone to land 591 hits on them. :P Not to mention it's very easy to repair after a battle. Vanilla anvil repairs make it very easy. The sets are meant to be reused. Once you have gotten one, you basically have one for life.

Water posted a topic about weekly events and I assume they could contain pvp at some point, so discard my point above as you would be gaining loot if you were to win.
