uuhm people just buy the plot for the price jayjay36 is selling it for and they can just build on the plot whatever they want :/

Nah but they only get plot :D
It was 1500 NBZ when I moved in.
And here you become a lovely house. Only places chests with your stuff and here ya go :3

people just dont sell their houses in towns -.- people who want to leave the town just leave the town and other people buy the plot

Uhm, anyways i'm not leaving the town yet  :P
I don't want to demolish this house for obvious reasons, and there might be someone who'll want to buy it :)
I'm not rushing with that stuff, so.. :3
