That is just a fourm ranking system depending on how many posts you have.

Hi wolfmusicbeatstx4. As mrfloris said, we will need some more information to help you out.

First question are you sure you're typing in the server IP correctly in your MC launcher?

Also, Have you ever managed to get on the server before? and is your minecraft version 1.7.4?
