My name is Snazzypierre, and, well, I've only one question, how do I join the infamous channel that I must participate in to get the ability to chat in the server?

Hello, you need to Register and then confirm the email. After you have done that, you need to wait to be accepted :D

I'm having the same prob. I'm registered and wandering miles and miles for wood... even made it to bedrock already.

All I know to do is type /help and /help 2 to see commands but nowhere is the /typethistochat =\

<ENTER> is what I'm used to but it does nothing.

You must join a chat channel before you can chat.
Global chat - /ch g
Local chat - /ch l
Town chat - /tc
Mining World chat - /ch m
Nether - /ch n
End - /Ch en
Events - /ch e
I think that's all the chat channels.
