So Snowy

So around my neighborhood there's so much snow that the schools had to be canceled for about a week. Is anyone else having the same situation?

You get use to it, up in Canada school is often closed in the winter. Just last year during exams, we had 2 weeks of snow days. And gr. 11 exams suck at the best of times. :)

You all are so depressing me.  It is absolutely HORRIBLE hot and completely lousy here.  It has been in the 80's for the past week...ugh!  It's 9:47 at NIGHT and I still have the A/C on.  I hate this place!!!!!

There's been snow, ice and below 0 temps here. Suppose to get warmer (20's-30's F) by the end of this coming week. Brrrr.

Eh... where I live it rarely snow at all, mainly because when winter is coming it rapidly gets too cold very fast.

This time around there wasn't even any fog (pretty common problem here) at all, there's just that nice and comfortable layer of ice .-.

your lucky. all we get is cold. around its been around 50 degrees in the afternoon this past week. it rains
1% of the time. its just essentially. i guess the term "dry winter" should be somewhat appropriate, even though its fall where i'm at. also my birthday is in 2 days!!! woo! lolz

Not as much snow here as I would like.. We sort of got lodged between the two major fronts.

Same here Adrian... all of the other towns in my state had 2 hour delays and I thought I'd be able to sleep in... then at 7:45 my dad come running into my room and starts yelling at me to get up or I'd be late for school XD

I'd give this a like if this were facebook hehe. Although, I can relate, having lived in parts of the world closer to the equator. Those nights when you just grab anything flat and turn it into a manual fan.

Not much snow here as well, but the ice just lingers. 3-4 days of closings-- schools, churches, businesses. (Wanted to go out and get some supplies for my irl minecraft project)

It didn't snow here at all actually. It just rained ice-pellets and then rained on top of that and then freezing fog. It looked like snow but sadly was only ice. It was rather funny to watch my town shut down, these people don't know how to handle winter. They closed the schools for a few days and even after the main roads were cleared. I will admit the half inch of ice on my car was not fun to s****e off.

I wish it would have snowed though! Snow be pretty.

No snow over here yet, just the usual smog (around 400) which would turn any snow into a dark grey mass within an hour anyway.

We've gotten about 5 inches so far. Expecting a few more tonight. Lately it's been around 5 degrees (F) and the wind chill is below 0.. But today it warmed up a bit for the snow :)

On top of the 4 inches of snow we have, we got another light blanket last night. And more on the way Saturday! But I'm not complaining. :P

And here comes the snow... last Saturday we got like 6 inches and now we're supposed to get up to another foot tonight... already 3 inches of fresh snow on the ground on top of the 6 inches that came during the weekend... I doubt we'll be having school :D
