Title: How to add plugins to my Global7 server?

I recentely got a Global7 server and I can't figure out how to add plugins, or even interact with my server, If one of the admin's/player's shed some light on this I'd greately appreciate it, Thanks

EDIT: This server is for me and my friends, so it is private, btw
