I don't see anything wrong, is there? Those mobs spawn naturally.

The first is the skeletal riders that spawn on the skeletal horses you'll see primarily in town world if you get too close to them. In town they won't spawn the riders, because they're hostiles. In wild, they will because well, they are.

The others are just witches drinking potions.

Skaletal riders is part of standard minecraft
