I'm looking for a skin but I'm no artist... If anyone could make me one, and I like it. I will pay you 10k Noobz. I want it to say "That is definitely something Nebih." Thanks! :D

If you've seen my skins, I've made them myself. I'm not looking for payment, but if you describe this nebih person a little bit better, then I can at least try to make a skin. WITH SHADING. You know you like good shading on skins.

Blue eye, brown/blonde hair, neon shirt, shorts.
I kinda want a casual skin, one that I can later edit for holidays.

Your skin should have arrived. If not, I'll post it here if needed. I also prefer replies :) (I should start a shop dedicated to making skins :P) Also, I use Paint.net to make my skins.
