Title: Texture Pack HELP!

in the inventory screenshot, can anyone tell me what texture pack this is? I asked foob but he didn't know as he didn't take the screenshot. Some suggested Gerudoku or Gerudoku Faithful. Neither of those are what I'm looking for.

Any help would be much appreciated. :D

It looks like faithful,

I think its faithful 64x64...?

Faithful, since everything else he is showing I related to default mc, in my opinion I like faithful, but the pack I am using is a modified version of it, with yellow hearts and  arrmor bars, along with customized tools and swords :P I like to edit :/
