Title: Random Present

So i was walking around in the wilderness by my town and i saw this present out of no where and i "opened" it to see if there was something in there and there was a chest with items in it, and i'm wondering who put this here, I believe someone posted on the forums that he would put presents like this in the wilderness, I wanna make sure that this is true so i can take the items without it being stealing
