Hello friends, members of Noobstown.
As you may have seen, since late January, I haven't been very active on Noobscraft. This is due to a variety of new things and interests that have come into my life, of which I do not wish to detail. I will pop on here or there but since I will not be able to make major progress on things like my head collection or my town, Celestia, I have handed some of my things to others who I can trust, and have actively played with for all this time. The town of Celestia has welcomed its second mayor - Randoperson, who has been my loyal and trusty co-mayor ever since I founded the town a little over a year ago. My head collection, which has over 230 unique specimens, including rarer ones such as the Wizard Orb and the Demonic Overlord, has been handed off to the crafties, who I see as leaders in this community, and who I trust will keep them safe and use them well. My small fortune of a little less than 1,000,000 nbz has been put into the bank of Celestia so they can prosper for much longer. Finally, I want to say thank you to everyone who has helped me, befriended me, partied with me, and the list goes on.

Cool! I love the unmentioned new addition of quick replies Looking forward to all the new stuffs in 2016!
I will put in one comment that will dissolve your last comment, and very hopefully cap off this whole thing. They are not actually transferring the apoc world over to Noobstown. Lets get that staright. They are most likely making a new world for the 'Noobstown Dungeons' project, as well as fixing and polishing plugins, quests, kits, etc. all of which take up a lot of time. Trust me, if it's taken this long to create, it's gotta be good. Its better to wait long and have something that will last a while than to wait a couple weeks and end up with a half-effort, buggy thing, where the only outcome is outrage from the former Apoc community.
Hi everyone, and as Christmas approaches, I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holidays, lots of laughter, cheer, and warm feelings all around! Whether you celebrate Kwanzaa, Christmas, Hanukkah, or any other holiday, make sure you take time out of your glorious adventures on Noobstown to spend time with family, pets, etc.!
Wishing you a Happy Holidays - meep and the town of Celestia!
As much as this idea is good, they try to make theme months a broad theme like 'Archeology' 'Robots V. Aliens' or 'Wizards'. This is so people who haven't seen/read/heard-of specific things don't get left out. Plus, there can only be so many heads relating to the Princess Bride, and heads are a key part of Theme Months . Maybe a 'cheesy' Medieval Month instead that uses characters from the Princess Bride. That way people who have seen it get the characters and hidden references, but people who are oblivious to the movie can enjoy the theme month all the same. -meep
Edit: Lol, all Minecraft multiplayer environments love rain! I once owned a server, and it rained all the time (said server is now closed because Noobstown is far, far better).

I feel like that would make it kind of a rich players' game because who wants to play for fun and get a few blocks of dirt? (However, if everyone has to pay, that kinda excludes people who are spending a lot of money on items like beacons or diamonds or heads). Meanwhile someone who puts in 50k gets custom heads, etc. Maybe you could pay nbz for in game boosts like damage multipliers or extra armor. That way in-game money could still be a factor, but everyone walks away with the same cool prizes
(In reply to Magic)
I agree, even though the trees I make for my town look okay-ish, I would like to be able to make my town a secluded forest of tall reaching spruce trees, and then across the bridge have magnificent branching oaks. And as crafty mentioned, doing this while standing on tacos would be pretty cool. Except I'd eat all the tacos before I start building. Oops.
Maybe nothing as big as particle items, but maybe special theme-related heads in a mystery box. That would make players who like to collect/sell heads play the game more often. The renewal of the prize each month would make it more appealing every month, instead of the same ol' prizes. Or you could do it like Mob Arena, where you get (x) items for (x) points. Just my thoughts on this -meep
MCPE is in my eyes a more casual version because if you're going to build a massive town, you're most likely going to build it on PC instead of doing it on your phone for hours. It might be good for more casual players or players without ample access to a PC, but the major flaw in this plan would be getting players to dedicate hours and hours and hours to get an economy or town system a fraction of the size of our current V6.

Why do you want to be a Chatmod: I want to be recruited as a Chatmod because I like to help people, and I try and apply that to most of my time on Noobstown. I have played on this server for over 2 years, experiencing many towns and communties (Town X, Windermere, NOVA, and my own town, Celestia), and bonding with many other players on the server. I go out of my way to help others, even looking stuff up to help someone with a crafting recipe, etc. I have handled difficult situations in real life and know the server rules front and back, even the more in-depth rules about what to say and what not to say in /g. I want to help Noobstown grow and thrive, and I will stay by it's side until Minecraft itself dies out (Probably never happening ).
Thank you for reading and reviewing my Chatmod application. -meepdoodles
Like gg said, not to be negative or angry, but to provide some constructive criticism, I think that even though Noobstown has Mcmmo and such, Noobween and Adventure Month have been a bit too grindy. I mean, grinding can be fun sometimes, but having to excavate large sections of desert to get 2 or 3 low tier heads seems a bit overboard. And even though I play on here 1-3 hours a day, sometimes up to 9, my life is busy and I'd like to do more on Noobstown than just grind all the time. Thanks for taking my comments into consideration, and have a Happy (US) Thanksgiving
