Suggestions & Ideas / Way to clear only part of mail
« on: 23 Dec 2015, 03:55:47 »
There may be a way to do this already, and that i would not know of, so correct me if I'm wrong, but say i have 4 messages and want to keep one, i think id be nice to be able to clear the 3 i don't want while keeping the one i want, instead of being forced to clear em all at once like it is now. This way if someone send me a mail about a future i want to save i have a nice reminder but don't have to see all of the other messages i get that i don't want.

Other / Holiday Cookie Recepies
« on: 23 Dec 2015, 02:41:48 »
As the holidays are on us everyone throws their parties, and family comes over la de da de da. I've been doing some baking and thought i might share some of the cookies that I've been baking for anyone who's brave enough to try it on their own(assuming i give clear enough instructions) . Feel free to share your own recipes and maybe ill try them.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Squish Cookies (My Favorite)

Ingredients:
- 1 6 ounce bag of chocolate chips
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 2/3 cup of soft butter/margarine
-1/4 cup of light corn syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 boxes of thin mints (not girl scout cookies)

Instructions:
-Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave
-Mix in the flour, baking soda, butter, corn syrup, egg, and sugar
-Make sure everything is well combined (i use my hands for this part)
-Either cover the bowl its in and put in in the fridge for 2 hours, or move it to parchment paper and put in in the fridge for 2 hours
-Make 3/4 inch balls (i used rounded half teaspoons)
-Roll in sugar, do not flatten
-Bake at 350 for 10-12 min on an ungreased cookie tray
-Place on cookie sheet while still warm, match cookies with another one about the same size and flip one half over (this will be the bottom)
-Place 1 thin mint on each of the overturned half, cover with the other half and let sit for 30 sec-1 min
-Gently squish down on the top so the two halves stick, and let cool
-Enjoy

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients:
-1 3/4 cups of flour
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1 stick of butter

-2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate (melted and cooled)
-1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
-1/2 cup of powdered sugar

Instructions:
-Combine flour, powder, and salt
-Beat butter and sugar till smooth
-Add eggs and beat till smooth
-Add chocolate and beat till smooth
-Add flour mixture and beat till smooth
-Add chocolate morsels and mix
-Cover and put in the fridge for 2 hours
-Shape into 1 inch balls (again i used a rounded 1/2 teaspoon but with a bit more)
-Roll in powdered sugar
-Bake at 350 for 10-12 min on an ungreased cookie tray
-Let cool on a cooling rack
-Enjoy

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Snowball Cookies

Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) of softened butter
-3/4 cup of powdered sugar
-1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-3 cups of flour
-1 2/3 cups (10 ounce pack) of chocolate morsels (use red and green if you can find them to make me more festive)
-1/2 cup of finely chopped nuts (optional)
-Powdered Sugar

Instructions:
-Beat butter, sugar, vanilla extract and salt in a large mixing bowl until creamy
-Gradually beat in four
-Stir in nuts (optional) and morsels
-Shape level 1 1/4 teaspoons of dough into 1 1/4 inch balls (size really dosen't matter as long as they're all near the same so they take the same time to cook)
-Bake at 375 for 10-12 min on an ungreased baking sheet
-Sprinkle powdered sugar over them as soon as they come out
-Let cool
-Enjoy

Suggestions & Ideas / Re: Tip-like advertisment for shops
« on: 30 Nov 2015, 23:57:21 »
+1 for me, It is a good idea what i would love to see but with all the shops around lots of ads will be going and it might annoy other players just like why Foob took off the thing with {PlayerName} just got a black friday deal.

it would be set so it runs one at a time peridocially, not all at once, having it this way will also help the stores stand out so you don't read about 5 of the same stores at once, it would also reduce spam

i was thinking itd run an ad every like 5 min and if 20 people have an add then the 21st 5th min it'd repeat the start

Right now we have /advertise which allows you to pay to advertise something to the server. This however only affects the people that are online at the time and is really only for current events. Say someone just built a new shop and wants to advertise it, with this you'll be able to buy an ad that run through the server every so often, like tips (maybe you pay for an ad that specifies what type of shop you have). This way players aren't constantly spamming in chat. It will also affect everyone that plays within the time of how long the ad runs for, not just the players online at the time of the original announcement. Whether its old players promoting their shops, or new players starting up there shops, i think this could help them.

Just as a suggestion for a way to give credit for time spent.  A title system could be enacted, somewhat like Mineapocs.  You unlock titles from time spent (some for expensive amounts of noobs as a money drain? :P), then can select one using /title.  All that would change would be the in-chat title, kind of like the architects (magicman27, Batuus).  Overall it would just be a cosmetic with no other benefits, unless it is seen fit to add a slightly useful /kit or slight mcmmo buff.

Anyway, just an idea.

not to be repetitive but if you didnt see i posted my idea for this here: https://www.noobscraft.com/idea/rank-systems/msg85464/?topicseen#new

So my idea does not involve ranking up, however it involves unlocking commands by having an average play time per week. So for example have something that keeps track of time played (like for chunks) and then average it per week, and if you have an average of above a specific amount of time, you unlock a command or two in game (like echest or something) for the next week or two. However if your average playtime drops below the allotted average time you will lose permission to use the command(s) you get.

idea:

within the categories it should be separated by price range.

and confirming you're purchase should have the price on the confirm blocks.

I don't think you do. I didn't make mine. Not everyone has the skills to make their own.

It doesn't specify on this one, but i'm petty sure the admins are looking for skins you created. At least that's what i assume.

Do chunks stack ? For example if you play 6 hours in one day without buying a chunk, will the next two chunks you buy be free, or only the first ?
