That I could see. I think mayors could buy them, with the stipulation that there be X amount of residents, though, I think. Otherwise theoretically everyone who wanted could get a town, private or otherwise, just to buy a spawner.

Also, if you ever wanna go spelunking your land for spawners, I'm so down for that!!

Honestly, if you own about say, 50 plots, and you just start building and you find a cave system on said plot, you're almost bound to run into one. I've had a set of plots before moving, which had a spider and a zombie spawner on them. I rolled back the land, moved, and dug out an area, which led to a cave system, which turns out (thanks Rueyeet for finding it!) to have a skele spawner. While I do have -ridiculously- weirdly good luck in the weirdest of things, so it may well be a fluke, I can't imagine that this isn't terribly uncommon if you have a fair amount of lands. So if you had the time to earn 10 million nbz, I'd imagine you'd have the time to buy the plots, and have the time to dig about in some natural caves you stumble into on your land, and find one.

Unless I'm just weirdly lucky.

And the towns do have them, and several towns have mob farms, dark rooms, (at Ethereal we're building a fantastic sniping wall and tower! /end pitch) outlands, etc. I feel like this draws people into towns, even if they don't join them. I love that there are different towns with different themes, with different benefits, namely the mob farms. I'd be apt to say that I'd prefer that this be kept to be a town benefit.

Why do you want to be a Chatmod?: Once upon a time, I moderated forums on another board server. Made a board of my own, and moderated that. Prior to that, back when Renegade BBSes were a thing, I moderated and co-sysoped a few boards. My point, and I do have one, is that I'm experienced in moderating chats, and helping people. I'm also an autodidact, which means I learn pretty much anything really quickly, so if there are commands to learn, I'd pick that up very quickly. I have a high standard of ethics, and use that to guide me when making decisions, whether or not something is fair or not. I like to think I'm articulate, but I try not to be a jerk about it either. I've worked for a gaming company before, in a customer service area, so I understand the needs of gamers, and what sort of hiccups they can run into. I also would like to be a chatmod, because eventually I'd like to potentially work towards either a content mod, or one of the other mod positions.

I understand I haven't logged a lot of total days played, but I've logged a lot of time played. When I invest in something, I tend to think in "go big or go home" terms- all in! I absolutely love this server, and would like to help keep it friendly, and fun, and the number one destination for Minecraft multiplayer fun.
