Lol. That creeper and I had a good time. We had a picnic and conversation. He was sorry his kind had blown me up so much, but they were upset with how we trashed the landscape. Then we shared steak, milk and cookies. He was nice and never blew his top.

While we are thinking about ways to customize our builds, I thought I would bring up trees. The custom trees in the wild around Noobstown are awesome, but there is no way to plant the saplings to get another! It would be great if there were some way to obtain these wild trees for use on your wild plot or in your town. It is surprisingly difficult to build a large tree that looks Minecraft natural. I would be cool to stand in my living room with a plate of tacos ( https://www.noobscraft.com/idea/interior-tree-farm-decorations-donation-pack/msg85968/#msg85968 ) looking at a forest of giant, custom trees.

Looks my response is a little late, but here it is anyway.
No mobs spawning in the wild sounds great at first, and may even even be fun to play for a while. But there was a time in V5 when the mobs were off and I remember that. I could build whatever I wanted, however I wanted. After a while, it got boring and my lighting got sloppy.So boring I even started looking at other servers! (this was long before craftymatt13OH, Bamagirl365 and fluffykitten2007 joined the server!).
Then the mobs came back. I found I had dark spots all over the place. And the game was fun again! Nothing like the risk of an arrow in your back to keep you vigilant. and I had lighting to fix. At first I was annoyed at all the dark places. Real structures aren't lighted up like this. Then I looked at the lighting- place a torch every 10 blocks or so to light a room. 10 blocks=10 meters= about 32 feet. Well, ok, that is actually a poorly lighted room so I went on lighting up my build. A real hallway with a torch every 40-50 feet (15 meters) is creepy-dark.
So I say, after playing with no mobs on Noobstown, I want the mobs to stay. Yes, they can get annoying ( I just hate taking an arrow in the back when I am removing lava) but the mobs are pretty easy to kill. And they really do contribute to keep the game fun.
Just my .02 noobz worth of late opinion.

As I tried to explain we sort of use the titles to set distinct ranks/levels within the game, adding "fun" titles or even more serious ones people could simply buy would ruin some of the structure we currently have in the title matching your rank.
Something along this idea might be something for us to consider though.
The Elder title is simply a renamed version of another existing rank just like Architect, which is why I didn't directly mention them and did explain:
lol- I thought the Elder Title was based on age and was meant for people like Craftymatt13OH.  (I might be in trouble now...  )

Yes, the Login server was down from 11:00 pm central (when I tried to relog, so probably earlier) to at least 1:30 am.  Then I went to sleep. At one point, it had been down 65 minutes.

Sounds like a good idea, or least a practical idea.  Guess I have to get up and get something done now.  See you in 6-7 hours, maybe. (There is a game on )

Sounds like the plot for a B horror movie, sort of like the Sharknado group of movies. I am truly sorry to hear about what has happened to you. I hope everything turns out ok for you. All of us here at the Crafty's are praying for you, your family, and everybody impacted by the floods. Looking forward to your permanent return.
