how much experience with the commands of towny?- I know them 90 percent because I goof sometimes forgetting the command.
how active are u in average on a day (weekdays and weekends)? - on weekdays 5 + hours and weekends 9+ hours
what rank are u in noobstown? (Member, Guest, VIP, Supporter, Veteran, Moderator, Admin?) supporter hoping to get VIP back in V6.
Will you help and maybe use your tokens for the town materials? - defiantly especially to enhance the town and help it grow.

I think any town has some serious competition with us in the mix of towns   . We plan to have horse spawners in town at the town's spawn building (Which by the way is going to be amazing and quite big so make sure to check out all its cool features!) and will be selling cheap horse wear, like saddles, horse armor, and leads, so people can ride horses in town. This is one of the many things I plan to do that will make my town the most well-known in V6.
I was told that horse spawners don't work

the packs I use are sortex fanver (not out for 1.6.1  ) and BDcraft 128x128 1.6.1 and I want to use somebody's texture pack from the server (don't remember the name) but I didn't get the email oh and if u have any good texture packs or home made packs pls send them to me or name them here

How do you check that?
Here is the full list of all the ranks and posts you need to do to get them:
Carpenter = 0 - 49
Farmer = 50 - 99
Stone Miner = 100 - 249
Coal Miner = 250 - 499
Iron Miner = 500 - 749
Gold Miner = 750 - 999
Redstone Miner = 1000 - ...
