Hey all,

Just would like to wish each and everyone of you a happy and prosperous New Year! - We have some big plans for Noobstown in the New Year and look forward to sharing the development of these as the months progress, we hope you stick around and continue to support the server as you have for the past 3 (almost 4) years now and we can't thank you all enough.

Noobmas is now coming to a close and is your last chance to collect everything from the advent chests, so make sure you've taken everything from them! - We hope you enjoyed the events this year.

Our aim for 2015 is bringing the community closer, listening to player feedback and better connecting as a team of staff. We look forward to hearing all of your ideas on how to improve Noobstown and make the overall server experience more enjoyable for everyone. Overall, we are extremely happy with the release and developments since V6 was launched but would like to continue improving and enhancing the version as a community, we understand it's not perfect in its current state and we'd like to work with you guys to achieve that. Finally, we'd like to share some random interesting facts from 2014 since v6 started!

• We end the year with almost 39,000 registered members!
• 3,163 players registered to join Noobstown!
• 14,093 Minecraft players visited Noobstown! A new one on average every 30 minutes!
• A total of nearly 13 years worth of time was spent by players on Noobstown as a whole (6,747,520 minutes to be exact)! (A sum of all players' online time)
• Everyone together had a total of 473,000 mcMMO skill levels exactly!
• There were over 182,000,000 Nbz in the economy; 77% of which players had!
• The top 10 richest players accounted for 31% of the total server economy!

• The year ends with 35 towns!
• There were over 1,000 town residents!
• 8,645 chunks were owned by towns! (That's over 566,000,000 blocks owned by towns!)
• 36 new Towns were created!
• Skyside was the most commonly visited town spawn! It was visited 5,645 times!
• Ethereal had the most residents with 123!
• Windermere owned the most town land owning 860 chunks!
• There were 4 Nations!

• 581 items were in our selling catalogue; plus those same items available with enchants!
• 3,920 auctions led to the sale of the item!

• The auction with the most bids (48 bids) was for just 1 Diamond! It sold for 5,550 Nbz!
• The average auction item sells for 7,708 Nbz!
• A total of 30,217,019 Nbz was spent on the Auction House!
• The most expensive player auction sold ended up selling at 600,000 Nbz.
• The most expensive auction overall ended up selling at 4,039,990 Nbz after just 11 bids!
• The most commonly auctioned item is the Diamond, being Auctioned off 997 times!
• A total of 44,740 items have been added to player's Web Inventories! A total of 1,347,635 individual in-game items!
• The player who has added the most items to their Web Inventory has added 13,323 items! And is currently still storing 3,058 there! (A total of 61,660 in-game items!)
• 13,690 items were waiting for players in their Web Inventories!

• The /home options were used 205,161 times! The homes 'storage' and 'mine' were the most commonly used after the defaults 'home' and 'bed'!

• There were 64,901 player deaths. With just 25,119 (38%) being caused by monsters.
• The most deadly mob was the Zombie, killing players 9,100 times!

It's hard to believe V6 has been out for nearly a year. So much has been accomplished and many awesome changes have taken place throughout the community. I hope that we can expect many more prosperous years of Noobscraft to come! :)

This server is starting to feel more like home now, A more 'Refined Version 5!!!' I don't think I will be going anywhere any time soon :)
