Title: Introducing /home wild
Post by: ItsLawrence on 19 Mar 2016, 19:28:27
Just a very minor update.

It was requested just under a year ago (https://www.noobscraft.com/idea/the-custom-noobstown-home-command/msg83349/#msg83349) that we introduce a way for people to use the /home command for getting to a range of different homes including those in the Wilderness and even Towns.

We've now finally added an alias of /wild home [n] you can now use /home wild [n]. With the optional number obviously.

As part of the new upgrade to the Town system that we're working on there may also be the introduction of a way to quickly access your plots, which if added ;) will also have an alias using /home ...

I'm aware that some of you might have manually set a /home wild previously and therefore it now won't work, if you have please just let me know and I'll adjust it so that uses a different name for you :).

I hope you enjoy this small change, if you have any feedback or ideas we'd love to hear them :). The work item regarding this change can be found here (https://www.noobscraft.com/work/full/improve-home-commands/).

Does this mean /wild home doesn't work anymore?

No, both /wild home and /home wild now do the same thing. /wild home will continue to work. It was requested that we make it so that people can just use /home for a range of their different things, including for their Wilderness land so that is what the change was, if you never want to use /home wild it will make literally no difference to you :), all of the old commands will continue to work, this is just an alternative to it now.
