Hey all,
After months and months, we've finally updated to 1.8 successfully. There are a number of new features and changes that have come default with plugin updates, but also we've changed some systems and added new ones ourselves which is noted below. As usual with large updates such as this we cannot predict bugs, glitches, exploits and more - If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please do contact us and report immediately.
Some blocks are not supported in certain worlds due not being able to protect them or other reasons, here is the list:
- Spawners can't be changed
- Armour stands only work in the wilderness world
- Sponges can't be placed
- Slime blocks can't be pushed by a piston but can still be placed
Everything else should work as intended.
Changes to the Auction:
Whilst we had good intentions with our Auction system, we feel that we should rather draw focus on large scale trading INSIDE the server. Therefore, we have decided to close down the online auction. All ongoing auctions will be sent to your web inventory. The auction system is being transitioned to a web inventory which we'll later use for site trading, gifting and other things in the future.
You can still deposit/collect items from your web inventory at /spawn
New System
To begin type /auction here you will see a user friendly GUI - Hover over each section to better understand each element of the system. You can access the Auction house from anywhere in the world and can trade on the fly.

Changes to /shop
Due to the limitation of the last shop we were not able to add sell all and other nifty features that make earning Nbz far less painful. The shop has been completely re-designed, check it out by typing /shop in-game.

World Updates:
The Nether, End and Mining world have been reset. The Mining world now has a 1.8 seed, enjoy the new blocks.
Automated Restarts
We've enabled automated restarts everyday at 11am BST. The restart roughly takes 1 minute and should kill of any lag throughout the day/night. Noobstown should remain somewhat lag free for 99% of your game time.
