Lights... Camera.... Action!

It's time for our first ever competition in V5 here is how you can enter!

Create a Video trailer for Noobstown include: Towns, spawn, pvp and more. The winner will not only receive a prize of 25,000 Noobz they will also have their  video on our Youtube channel, website and all the websites we advertise our server on so get creative!

Must be 1-3minutes long - No longer or shorter!

You can include voice, music and sound effects.

You have until the 31st to enter and the winner will be announced on the 1st!

I'd love to aswell, but I'm quite **** at making stuff in video editing softwares, especially within 3 days :P

Use Fraps or Camtasia or Hypercam to record your computer screen etc. Jayjay You might aswell try, even if your not good at editing, its a chance at getting better :D.

You're making me want to do it even more xD.. I need an editing software though :S, there's no decent free ones that I know of lol.

@Agreed. You could changed few things, for example hide your HUD (F1), but otherwise than that, it's good.

Ephelos & IRShawz Contest Entry!

Me (Ephelos) & IRShawz, Have finished our trailer entry. We spent sometime thinking of orginal idea's that were not used as much in trailers. Such as clash of the titans trailer music etc... So we used a chill trailer song from Dead island. It's synced well with the text and clips and overall i think is a good trailer! Here it is!

IRShawz for getting most of these clips.
Ephelos for editing and getting 3 clips.

I'm definitely voting for you Nick! Great job. I'm not following the crowd and voting for Enemyz cause it's like all his friends are voting for him.. lol that's what I think >.<
The reason for my voting is that Nick had more content in his video showing all the towns and all the districts in the Noobstown spawn. Also he included the stats that are included into the server which was great! He spread the time out wisely and it all payed off because it was great! The issue of lag that J_O_E_S brought up, I thought was not a problem cause I didn't notice any. Overall it was fantastic, a worthy winner.

I votez for Nickz. His was much better.  Though there was lag, the video was much better quality and keep in mind that he was using a high resolution texture pack, adding lag but also adding a better feel to the video.  All with All's video, the mention of opianism or what ever it was seemed stupid because only his town does that, it doesnt represent the whole server.

Everyone should respect the Admins and Moderators at all times, so there is no need to keep reminding them about respecting them, it probably just bugs them. :)

You dont need to force a religion apon the whole server. lol  We can respect the ops without sucking up to them or worshiping them.

I don't see why people are making such a big deal over something that Enemyz added into the video. It was his video, that he entered into the competition, If he wanted to add something like that, he could.
I find there was absolutely nothing wrong with his video, but he could have used a screen recorder.
Enemyz practically got accused for forcing a religion upon us :S... When did he ever come up to you and say that you have to follow that religion? Never.

Yes it was his video, but his video was supposed to represent the WHOLE server and not just his town. Opianism or whatever its called is not a representation of the server as a whole because only his town follows that "religion". Yes I get what you're saying about it being his video and he can do what he wants with it, but the whole idea of this competition was to advertise the server.

Then he knows his wrong doing after one telling. Both, you and Tyja said it to him a couple of times. If Enemyz didn't add what was supposed to be in the video, then that's his problem.., He'll just loose, he also doesn't need two people to tell him what he done wrong :S. I'm sure he would understand if he was to loose for not adding what was crucial.
