Title: Can't Respawn

I was having some lag issues while fighting mobs and ended up dying. Now I can't respawn. Can someone help me out?

I believe the only thing you can do is click respawn really quickly once you connect to the server.

It button is greyed out as soon as I log in. There is no chance of clicking the button.

I am wanting to pay the VIP package, but not when I can't play.
