Help i discoverd i was unbanned and i realy wana rejoin the server but it wont connect for some reason

is the ip still noobstown.com ir has it changed

The server is currently down; sometimes when it's down it shows a frozen list of players on the website.

The staff is aware of the issue.  The admins will have things up and running again as soon as possible.
