Title: Chests and blocks?

I can't seem to open chests or break blocks. When I break a block it just disappears and doesn't drop anything. When I try to open a chest nothing happens. Nebih said it might be our internet connection or it might be my cmk0080.dat player file thing got corrupted. I'm not sure. Could something be done so I can continue playing on Noobstown?

I would suggest that you completely reset your Minecraft.jar, you can do this by following these simple steps below:

• Load up Minecraft.exe
• Press the button labelled "Options"
• Then press the button that says "Force Update"
  

Next time you log into the game, it will automatically update the files and give you fresh ones.

this is what happens when lag or crashes happen. usually i just wait for words to appear on the chat part of the screen, but if it takes to long i exit and re-enter. hope this helps!
