Title: connecting problems...again

ok so again i can't connect to the server. it says on the screen connecting to server then after a minute or two it says connection timed out. is this happeneing to anyone else? and if so has anyone found how to fix this problem

its also happening to me and i dont know how to fix it either, i think its the server not ur computer
