Title: Diamond Pickaxe Enchantment Cost

I was wondering how much would a diamond pickaxe with enchantments would cost, such as a diamond pickaxe wih efficiency 1,  a diamond pickaxe with efficiency 2, a diamond pickaxe with fortune 1, a diamond pickaxe with everything, and so forth.  Can someone help list the range of sell costs?

this is just what think. add 1000 for more then 1 enchant

efficiency 1: 500   efficiency 2: 1000     efficiency 3: 2000  efficiency 4: 3000 efficiency 5: 4000

unbreaking 1:  1000   unbreaking 2: 2000 unbreaking 3: 3000

fortune 1: 1000 fortune 2: 3000  fortune 3: 6000

silk touch:  6000

i'll post swords sometime
